CCSDOnboard needs major update. So unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. If you’re going to recommend this useless App, at least fix it first. Also, some drivers are logging in hours of pick up even though they never even made a stop. Just horrible. What a joke.

The same issue. Hasn’t been solved for almost a year now. Please fix CCSDOnboard !! After u fill out the registration and hit “Register”, all I get is the white screen. No matter how long you wait, it won’t load anything. Uninstalled and re-downloaded. Same thing. It’s frustrating!

I used to rely heavily on CCSDOnboard—and it used to be amazing. Now, however, I can’t login at all. I get a blank screen. I’ve tried reinstalling it, making a new account, and requesting a password reset. Nothing works. I’ll update this review once the glitch gets fixed. Please help!

App doesn’t seem to work kept saying waiting on gps data. The first 3 days CCSDOnboard worked fine. All of a sudden CCSDOnboard no longer works. No matter how many times i exit and open CCSDOnboard again it does not work at all.

Super buggy and gets worse with every update. Main issue right now is it won’t pull the current bus only the day before. Super annoying and unsafe as child safety should be at the top of the priority list.

they should pay attention to the application they never solve anything and when you talk to them they blame each other (app and school bus)

This was a great app at first now it won’t even show where the bus is at. We need to know when our children will be picked up and dropped off period! They really need to fix this.

I log in and all I get is a white screen uninstall CCSDOnboard and put it back same thing. App is no good

CCSDOnboard is pointless. Doesn’t work most of the time. A totally useless app.

App did not work. Only says “waiting on gps data”.

Tried to create a and register an account on CCSDOnboard however it gives a 502 Web server air and does not create an account and also states that email address is invalid when the email is a valid address. Tried to create account on 10 August 2019

This was a good idea, but CCSDOnboard won’t allow me to create an account. It will not allow me to enter any of my information.

I use this every morning but I can’t heavily depend on it. sometimes the times are inaccurate and it’ll arrive way earlier or way later than when it says it will. but I’d say 70% of the time it works correctly

Bus said estimated time of arrival was in 24 minutes and it was pretty far away. So I stay inside and periodically check the bus every 2 minutes or so and waited for the right time to leave so I’m not standing out in the cold. My bus stop is directly infront of my house and I only have to hop a walk to get there so it’s fine. If I come to the stop at the usual time, I’d be standing in the cold for about an hour because the bus doesn’t even come here on time.

I guess it’s either catch a cold or risk being late. Don’t find any point in this but alright.

I do have a suggestion for CCSDOnboard though. Allow students to be alerted when the bus comes within a certain proximity and adjust the range of this setting.

You must use your CHILD’S SCHOOL EMAIL and Student ID# to register an account. Once I did that, CCSDOnboard was useful for us.

I have had my email address for over 17 years, yet CCSDOnboard doesn’t recognize it as a valid email address. Unable to create account and use CCSDOnboard .

When I first download CCSDOnboard it was actually good. I could see the bus actually coming and it was counting down from minutes to seconds reaching my front door. Now I have to keep refreshing CCSDOnboard to see where my little one is and every now and then especially the mornings it would say the bus is on the other side of town but I would hear and look out the window and the bus would be outside my house. Why you do this to me?

Keep telling me the information is invalid for the student I’m adding. This is the information that I pulled from the transportation website.

Has been accurate so far. Congratulations to the former CCSD student who developed CCSDOnboard with the bus system! It’s a great idea. As a parent whose child doesn’t have a cell phone, I’m grateful.

This allows me to track my two grandchildren that go to two different schools and times. Much better than trying to call transportation (waiting for sometimes an hour to talk) to find out why your student is late. Of course, the times are estimates but has worked great so far!!

It keeps telling me the student id is invalid. I also pulled the student id from parent portal. Please tell me how to fix this.

It used to show the entire route the bus took. Now it’s just the last bit of the trail. You also have to keep opening and closing to see updates. Doesn’t automatically update the moving bus.
