Unreliable
I ordered creatine back in September. Never received and thought maybe my order never placed, but I have an invoice being charged for the order and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, even though they’re responsible for it never arriving. I also placed an order on Black Friday and was very excited about the products. The order never went through and I wasn’t charged?? I’m positive I placed the order. As much as I really want to shop from this app, the service quality is not as it should be

Easy to use and navigate!
Myprotein feels just as smooth and navigable as their website. I haven’t made a purchase through Myprotein yet as I’m about to receive my next shipment from them already. Next time though! I have my cart ready and waiting!

Clothes are so clean
The user interface is very clean and the discounts are my favorite part of this company, originally found this on pineapple brat on Snapchat, very worth it, great advertising.

Great for price.
I love the taste of the mocha flavor of Impact Whey, especially with some peppermint extract… only problem I have is - the powder stays clumpy if you use a blender bottle. You HAVE to use an actual blender to get it smooth.
The basic instructions also say you should use water or milk, but it’s only really good with milk.

Unjustified price differences
It makes sense that the prices of the products depend on the place of delivery. However, for deliveries to Belgium, the prices are higher if the selected language is French, while they are lower if the selected language is Dutch. This doesn’t make any sense to me, I should not pay more because I prefer communicating in French instead of Dutch, as long as the delivery address is the same. Poor and rather insensitive implementation…

App works well but no ApplePay support
Myprotein works well and pretty much just a reproduction of the website. My only complaint is that I can use Apple Pay on the website, but not in Myprotein . Would love to see this fixed in a future release.

Login trouble
Overall so far Myprotein is great, it’s just like browsing on the website. I am though having an issue logging in to my account. At the account tab, a pop up screen appears but it moves up and down without loading so your unable to login. That part is still a bit glitchy.

I like having Myprotein on my phone for the convenience of ordering, however that’s about all I use it for. In terms of ordering from my protein, their products are great! However if you ever have to contact customer service GOOD LUCK.

App is very very slow
Idk how but Myprotein is not at all useful because it is very very very slow , things take a lot of time for loading and everytime it is in $ and i have to change everytime i open Myprotein to ₹ and it takes 10-15 mins to load then 10 mins to load. Totally waste of time.

Overall snake oil
They will send you emails about this “great sale” and then give you a better deal on Myprotein . You can never trust either that you are going to pay the best price. My advice is to either stick with emails or Myprotein because the company uses both to work against each other.

Good service but app needs Apple Pay
Myprotein is good but you can only use Apple Pay on the website. Need to add that option to Myprotein too.

Nobody responds....
I’ve sent several messages and have been left on read without a response... been waiting on my protein order for 19 days and can’t track my shipping because the shipping tacking number is invalid with their carrier. Wondering if this is actually a legit company or if I just got scammed.

Bad costumer service
I would've rated them with zero stars if I could, they didn’t ship my order although I chose the express delivery, I’ve emailed them twice waited for 24 hours AND still didn’t get an answer!
