I think offering a premium membership ruins the dynamic here. If you’re gonna pay 50 bucks a year just to cut people in line then shop somewhere else. Because it’s the people who just stuff their carts with many items they don’t intend on buying but want to take away from others just so they get more time to decide. A mom with 3 kids should have just as much opportunity, if not more to get to the front as a Karen does. Also the security guard at the Charmicheal location is a friggin pervert, looking at women in gross ways. unacceptable. Fix things.

The idea is there, the concept is sound. At the end of the day, it just does not work well.

I tried to set up a new account, told me my password was wrong, it was right.

Reset my password, took two tries to get my mail for a password reset, the end result still said my password was wrong.

If the developer for this is reading this you need
1. Password entered 2x during registration
2. UI is not great and is a bit sluggish, need some more compute or DB power to drive FallingPrices well.
3. Way to leave user feedback.

My review is based on the Arden location. I went on the $6 day. FallingPrices does not check in. Also don’t give into the premium pass scam NOT worth $50. When I arrived there was no line and pass was not needed. A lot of the stuff I saw are NOT worth $6. There were target discount stuff with a $2 sticker , bags of candy , dollar store seasonal decor , cheap folders , and Cheap branded Amazon phone cases. The somewhat decent items I found are a Levi’s skirt but still not really worth $6 if I can find the same one at Ross. Might be worth it to only go on the 25 cent day. But to be honest you can probably find better cheap home decor stuff and phone cases on discount at Ross , Tj max , or Marshall’s .

Love the store but have trouble EVERY SINGLE TIME ON FallingPrices

FallingPrices shows my location if I look for locations however when i try to log in its says no locations found nearby. Its in my same zip code and just down the street. If i cant check in its a useless app since thats the only thing its good for!

I’m not that crazy to pay for a Membership from this company it’s crazy if they had good quality merchandise it will be a different story but spending money on a crazy membership from this store no way I’m not desperate besides the stores are a little dirty and very messy merchandise mix and not that great at all. I will never buy anything from them. To bad, I can't give ZERO STARS.

I have installed FallingPrices but it keeps giving me an error saying no one with that email is registered. When I click forgot password it gives me the same message. When I delete it and try again it says there is already an account linked to the phone number!

The store is great but wish FallingPrices would work, trying to confirm my phone number or email and it’s saying it’s waiting for confirmation when I confirm everything like 20+ times and it still won’t accept it, and there is no help for FallingPrices wish it had better support

Only two stars because they shouldn’t need a new photo of me every time I use it. Ridiculous!

I have had some glitches. It is difficult to get any assistance when there is an issue, like my pass getting deleted. Sometimes FallingPrices just “thinks” with the wheel spinning.
I wish that FallingPrices had the capability to hold my credit card info so I don’t have to enter it every time.

The Tracy store is amazing! I love the staff like a fat kid loves cake!

I really like it because the workers are so friendly they all smile and greed you and are there for you to open package

The staff behavior at florin road was not friendly and the stuff were in poor quality. It’s just a time wasting

I have tried to set up my account 3 times now. Will not send the code that I need to my phone number - have tried to get it resent over and over again and nothing happens. This is crap since the people with the lowest numbers get in first and by the time I get in, they have already bought whole pallets of the stuff that is worth anything and it becomes a total waste of my time. Most stores put a limit on how many of an item you can buy at one time. I think it is bullsh** that someone can come in and buy everything before we even get in the damn store!!!! Wish you would fix this!
