NEED better design platform - too slow and at checkout basket , doesn’t have remove button to removed items from basket.

The website was not ledge able! All the descriptions were in 1/2, impossible to read!! Very frustrating!! Hope my order comes correctly!!

Quite literally any limited release LUISAVIAROMA just crumbles. Never ending story of errors, loading screens, payment issues, shipping issues..you name it. Never once have I had any success on ANY drop on there. Absolutely 0 bot protection except when I have to submit my request multiple times and then it thinks that I am a bot. What a joke. Get your act together

Can’t even start it on iPhone. On iPad can’t read anything it’s all cut off. So mad. Could use the discount that they offered with LUISAVIAROMA

They fool you with their lvr points and you can’t ever use them and if you there such high shipping fees.. this site is my super last resort if an item i want is sold out else where

What I loved about LUISAVIAROMA was that it showed you what sizes were available on the main screen. Now you lost click optimization, I have to click on the individual listing AND click on the drop down to see the sizes. Go back!

I love the LVR app but I wish you could apply your available points at checkout

It’s literally good because there’s a bunch of brands to buy from.
1. When you go to the “brands” category and you click “Gucci” for example, when you go back it takes you right to the top, to the A category.

2. You can only have 50 items on your wish list. I put stuff that I like there so I have more than 50.

If I have a store credit AND I have a LVR credit from points I redeemed I think I should have the right to use both when I am making a purchase.

I found this promo code to be deceptive. Items were included under the last chance 30% off link that did not actually offer a 30% discount. The only way to determine was to place in my cart. It was quite time-consuming and not necessary.
