Great so far
Pretty skeptical at first and there is a bit of a learning curve with some of the UI. But overall the functionality is great along with the ability to " program" conditions is amazing. Really hope this app keeps developing!
Very Nice App
Does what it is supposed to do, is easy to navigate, and is laid out very well. The author deserves a lot of credit for a job well done!
Reviews were too scary
Can’t even open box after all the reviews about privacy. I got screwed on a smart watch and my credit cards were stolen because I didn’t read the entire privacy info. Not to mention a electrical plug should not need to access my pictures/google searches/emails/ phone#s to make it work so I’m not even going to open. I’m happy with the Home Depot smart plug because i don’t need to sell my soul to get them to work.
App never works
For a few weeks I have not been able to use this app. This is a broken product from a company who doesn’t even have the capability to support their product. I have tried to make contact in how to fix my devices but it’s honestly so depressing to know you will get zero help. If the developers read this please contact me. This is really upsetting. Your product is not worth it.
I liked it but I just can’t
It’s too much of a sacrifice to change my 5gb to 2.4 gb to connect this to my led lights. Once I change the WiFi it ruins my connection with other things like my pc and I can’t bother to do it. Don’t get me wrong I it’s a great app but the fact it doesn’t support 5g connection makes it dead asf
DONT AGREE TO THE PRIVATE POLICY
There is no privacy with this app carefully read the details of the “private policy”. They get the information of your IP address’s of you phone, home network systems etc. they have your home address, phone number and email. I don’t understand how this app is allowed to give all of this information out. If you don’t care about your personal information then this app is great for you.
Woks as expected!
Bug: Device did not turn off. App misreporting off status.
I set my outlet to turn off after a 3 hour timer and it didn’t turn off. And the app is misreporting that the outlet is off when it is on. Yikes. Thinking an appliance is off when it is still powered is dangerous at worst and wasteful at least.
App has bugs
The devices work great but the app is full of bugs. It show the device’s offline when they are right on schedule. App needs fixing.
App immediately closes when I open it. I reinstalled it & the same thing happened. I hope another app works cause I just bought the plugs.
The app is not working
This app is not even opening anymore I don’t know if is affected by new Apple update or the app update. I loved the app until the the update because I can’t use it anymore.
Non responsive app
The bulb itself and the idea is great. Unfortunately the app freezes most of the time even after closing and restarting it.
App won’t open
HORRIBLE app issues. Now I can’t even get the app to open to add new devices. Basically just wasted my money. Not happy at all

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!! THIS APP CRASHES!!!!! Therefore, I haven’t been able to OPEN the app to register and can’t connect to my Alexa/phone!!!!!!!! The outlets I bought are pointless now. So upset. Do not buy.
