I tried renting a car for a trip starting on 6/26/2023. My car was canceled because I wasn't validated. If I try to resubmit, your system remembers me and just says not validated. How do I become validated?

How to fix Kyte app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kyte app on iPhone
Update Kyte app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kyte iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kyte on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kyte network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kyte Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kyte not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kyte App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kyte » click [Force Stop]

Update Kyte to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kyte App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kyte » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kyte.

Fix Kyte unable to contact server/ Kyte internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kyte » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kyte » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kyte
