Close and restart the 123Movies app on iPhone
Update 123Movies app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 123Movies iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 123Movies on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 123Movies network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix 123Movies not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 123Movies App
1. On android, goto Settings » 123Movies » click [Force Stop]

Update 123Movies to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 123Movies App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 123Movies » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 123Movies.

Fix 123Movies unable to contact server/ 123Movies internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 123Movies » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 123Movies » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 123Movies
