Good morning I cannot log into my Lancet app Please help
The Lancet App is not updating. Since 2022 there are no results available on the app, even when I tell it to search my ID.
My app is not updating. Last update was 2019. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I can’t register as it says ‘found multiple records where surname differed’. I got remarried and my surname changed a few times. This is very frustrating that I can’t correct it it or register any other way
Lancet App does not show any results after 30th August 2023.

My lancet recent results are not showing, the last test on the app is from 2021. My personal info is also not updating , my age has not changed on the app.
My lancet app on my mobile phone is not working, had tests done last week Phoned 3rd Feb to report but still not working. Cell number 0833766131.
I can not log in or register into the app which I just downloaded. It says "We found multiple medical records where the patient surname differed" How is it possible if I try to log in with my ID number?
My app haven't updated since Jan 2021. I have had multiple other tests done I would like to see them all.

The latest bloods from November 2022 don't show. The latest that shows is 2021.
