I went to access the app to start my car the app logged me out. I can get logged back, but my car is no longer on file. When I add the car back then I get "The vehicle information entered does not match records." I have forced stop, clear cache and data, etc.....still the same. .

Same problem as Gerald Carpenter, Jan 08 2023. App shows no odometer reading, no last parked location, no trip summary, no tire pressure. In addition, the 'Driver Support' screen in the car no longer displays the tire pressure. This all began the first part of December, apparently after an app update was issued. The odd thing is that I can still use the app to lock, unlock and start the vehicle remotely.

For more than a month now my Android Toyota app no longer reports Odometer or tire pressure readings nor does find locate the car. What changed?

App makes the screen flash rapidly. Drives me crazy. The only way I can stop it is to shut down my phone and start it back up. Then it works for a day or so then back to flashing????? HELP

Since the last update it closes as soon as I click on accept. I uninstalled and reinstalled but has the same issue. It will be time to renew in a couple weeks but I don't want to pay for something I can't use.

Your Toyota app claimed it would replace the entune app and all its features. Not once has this app worked properly….. I’m not surprised considering that the entune system is junk from the start. Also, my Tacoma dash has rattled from day one. Toyota quality is a myth.

Toyota app no longer works properly on my iPhone. No odometer reading. No EV charge info. I deleted app and reinstalled, along with changing My Toyota Owners password. Power cycled iPhone. Still not working. I don't want to delete my vehicle because I would cancel all subscriptions by doing so. 2017 Prius Prime Advanced.

Unable to open the app suite in the Toyota app, so unable to access Iheart and Alexa in the car. XM works fine. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, along with deleting my car (2019 Highlander XLE) and re-adding it to the app. Everything else in the app seems to be working except the app suite which I want to use….

Cannot open app suite. 2019 tacoma sr5. Worked when I first got it a month ago. Now just says "oops something went wrong try again in a few minutes" have tried uninstalling and removed Bluetooth from device and vehicle.

Common dislikes about Toyota app
- App was good, then it went bad, now it’s gone worse
- App developers don't drive cars
- App is a horrible replacement for the Entune app
- Every time I get in the car, I have to let the phone pair to the car stereo, open the Toyota app, try to find where they’ve currently hidden the in-car app info, and manually connect it to my car.
