Toyota+Alexa Status

Alexa app has been gray the entire time I have had my 2022 Camry with the exception of the week I purchased the car and set up the app. Toyota really needs to address this issue or we all need to file a class action lawsuit!

Toyota let's get started app does not work on the phone app. The vehicle icon is always greyed out.

My Toyota+Alexa app just appears gray in my car display and that’s it. I can’t click. It can do anything. I’ve tried login out and back in my phone apps and nothings helped. Noticed this issue over a month ago and I guess it’s still happening. Very inconvenient!

The Toyota Alexa app in my Corolla will not load. The messages that come up are Amazon Shopping and Marketing Feedback have stopped. I use the Amazon app for purchases with no problem. I've tinkered with different things to no avail. No one responds each time I leave feedback. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem as Robin Lorber and John Spinas. I loaded the app on my iPhone 12 but the icon on the display in my car is always gray and in my phone, it says "Alexa

App never works. It is always trying to load on the menu but ever does.

Updated phone to the Iphone 13, and since that time the icon on the display in my car is gray and does not work.
