Rude delivery Agent, and not honest took my money with out even sending what i have ordered

I bought a product through Cartlow and received an older version of that product! I called the customer service in many different times but no answer! I'm glad I checked the box before paying the courier. Otherwise I would've lost my money.

Very bad stuff, makeup came exploded, the foundation pump wasn’t working, lipgloss smelt very bad and poisonous and horrible packaging

There is a technical issue when checking out.

From 5 day delivery to 10 and no one contact u its just bad not recommended also i cancel the order in final stage

All items looks expensive than the original price

while I applaud this app for the service, what we need is the actual pic and not a stock image. Descriptors are great but it’s really down to how one perceives the condition of the item. And I’m certainly not buying anything second hand with stock image! So please put actual pics with condition. This will make it easier to associate actual vs what you write. Secondly, pricing on tech like phones and computers are at best 15% premium. Needs real life revision as there are other services that offer cheaper for used. Lastly, collection service is poor. Scheduled and no one ever picked up.

Lastly, trolling through the replies would be great to see proper responses rather than a common bit reply to other peoples reviews. Overall, until their pics, pricing and customer service improves, look elsewhere

MUSTAFA AND MARK. I have ordered my device 48 hours before the delivery while I was out of the country and the moment I landed I requested them to please have it delivered because the following day we are not home and the devices for my 11yrs old son

I wanted to pay for urgent delivery, but System didn’t give me an option so this is extremely disappointed to know that they do not care about customers and their requirements

I bought a like new top iphone from this app and it stopped working after less than 2 months of usage and when i diagnosed the phone at one of apple stores they said that it’s internally damaged and the system is not working any more and if i need to replace it will cost me 2500 dirhams. I spent more than 3000 dirhams on this phone and didn't last for 2 months. And plus they refused to fix it for me and didnt give me a refund or even partial refund. Save your money and don’t buy from this app

I bought a dell laptop from this app and after receiving the product two weeks after it wasn’t turning on again, I took it to fix it, right in front of my when it was opened it’s a bad and adjusted laptop that was sold to me😡😡😡 this is evilness

No t taking in consideration customer satisfaction in consideration when need full information of delay no punctuality every time give a deferent reason for delay and very unprofessional customer service people.

Bought MacBook Pro. Upon receiving found out Battery was faulty. Complained about it but nothing...It’s been over two weeks they didn’t do anything about it and now not replying to my emails. 2nd order they messed up again with wrong specs hence they didn’t ship it till now, order was placed on 17th Oct and today is 30th of Oct. Not satisfied with their after sales support and warranty, in reality both doesn’t exist.
