Please don’t use BKEXGlobal. I did a transaction 5 days ago and I never received my bitcoins. Everything that I try to contact support they just send a message that say we can’t help you whit that 👎👎👎.Spammmmm

I sent money from wallet to BKEX wallet and a day pass, still no money in deposit account! I try to reach out to Customer Service but no response! Be careful!

Customer service on this exchange is subpar. Always give the same automated responses to questions. Removed the Buy and sell function for ZOOT and set a deadline to withdraw token but makes it impossible to withdraw the token. Can’t get any help from customer service on the issue. Then charges a gas fee to withdraw a token that they frozen on their exchange. Definitely won’t be using again. Taking my loss and using different exchange to trade.

Where to start? The spreads are awful, you will see spreads of 10% plus. Second, i can’t find a way to transfer coins out. Third, no customer support help. Avoid BKEXGlobal at all costs. Fourth, I should receive small distributions on certain coins every transaction. I haven’t received anything holding here. Just praying I can actually move money out. For now, impossible. Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid!

This is a scam website . I lost my Bitcoin . The customer service was terrible. I transferred .009 btc to this exchange yesterday . At the bottom in small font it was written that the minimum amount to trade was .001 btc. It was barely visible.

I told them to return the transfer but they are not willing to do so.

Now they are telling me that my btc will not be credited since it is less than .001btc. This is unfair and deceptive business practice and is a violation of UDAAP compliance.

I have registered app with mobile number got some 50$ worth coins next day it started showing updated BKEXGlobal after update when i tried to login it says user not found and allowed me to create another account with same number and now no way to recover my old account and money

I feel like an idiot for using BKEXGlobal and not seeing from others that it is a scam. I sent 1 ETH days ago and my account has yet to be funded. No help from support after contacting them. Total scam. Would give negative stars if I can. The site lets you deposit and withdraw small amounts and then takes your money when you deposit a significant

Once you forget your password, smh you won’t be able to reset it. BKEXGlobal is horrible and I believe it’s made to scam people.

Very horrible customer service! I literally never obtained my $50 and customer support could never help me get my hash from stellar expert. Service also took hours to even help. Just don’t even bother would give it 0/10 if I could

The face recognition isn’t working. I forgot my password and tried to reset but it’s not recognizing the SMS authentication. Customer service has not been helpful. I haven’t been able to login for months!

BKEX steals it’s customers money. Never reflects the true amount that is really in there. If a crypto goes up 1000 plus percent you have minutes to claim your money before BKEX claims it . This is a well regulated ponzy Scheme and will soon be hearing from my lawyers!

I had no problem with depositing or withdrawal from BKEXGlobal. And the reason why I gave it two stars was because of it high fees . To transfer kishu coins to another wallet they charge about 12 billion kishu coin which is equal to 150 dollars or less

For the most part I like the exchange and I like BKEXGlobal but there’s no profit/loss information. It says what the coin is up for the day but it doesn’t to what yours have done. There assets page shows what your assets not detailed information on how much it’s increased or decreased. It makes the whole experience difficult. You basically have to do the calculations yourself. I don’t understand how a trading platform doesn’t have this. It makes no sense. Maybe it’s something I’m missing. If that’s the case then that’s a problem because I’ve gone through thus pretty good. Without having that I can’t use this trading.

Maybe BKEXGlobal just hasn’t been adjusted for the latest iPhones yet, but while the functionality of BKEXGlobal is very useful, there are several parts of BKEXGlobal that are either extremely difficult to use or nearly impossible to work correctly. Any time you have to enter a SMS confirmation code it gives you almost no room on the text box to see what you’re doing, and on the email text box, it straight up fails to let me input more than 5 characters.
If you’re going to use this for cryptocurrency market data, this is a great app, but I wouldn’t recommend it for trading (BKEXGlobal I mean, from what I’ve seen of the website, it’s all functional)
