They robbed us of 110 USDT that we sent from binance. The moment it was received. They logged us out of the account and there was no possible way to get back in. When we contacted them on customer support on their app, the guy asked to send him a private sms with some information (just to reset the account because the password that we used in the beginning stopped working!!! ). When we sent it and told him, he said they don’t have time and they will maybe do it later (Not on their own, that it’s up to us to contact them and hope they have time).
We took screenshots of everything. The whole conversation. It’s going down on twitter.
It’s sadly a scam. Apple shouldn’t have applications like these on this platform that is supposed to be built on trust!
