Summary of BKEX Global Problems 🔥

- Customer service is subpar

- Removed the Buy and sell function for ZOOT and set a deadline to withdraw token but makes it impossible to withdraw the token

- Charges a gas fee to withdraw a token that they frozen on their exchange

- Spreads are awful, you will see spreads of 10% plus

- Can’t find a way to transfer coins out

- No customer support help

- Should receive small distributions on certain coins every transaction

How to fix BKEX Global app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BKEX Global app on iPhone
Update BKEX Global app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BKEX Global iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BKEX Global on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BKEX Global network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BKEX Global Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BKEX Global not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BKEX Global App
1. On android, goto Settings » BKEX Global » click [Force Stop]

Update BKEX Global to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BKEX Global App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BKEX Global » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BKEX Global.

Fix BKEX Global unable to contact server/ BKEX Global internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BKEX Global » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BKEX Global » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
