Been using this app credit card from day one here in the United States. Thanks to this app, I’ve never had to use a debit card. It helped me build a good credit score in just 6 months of my time here. The cash back offers are great. You get to choose the brands which you would like to shop and get cashbacks with and there’s 1% cash back on all transactions. There’s also a 15 month 0% APR. I levered this and bought my first few gadgets here while building a good credit score. The user interface is really neat and easy. The spend insights help me keep a track of my expenses. The customer service is impeccable with 24/7 service one click away. In comparison to other credit cards, this app provides a higher credit limit and a better app. I’ve had a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend you guys to open up an account.

I had to agree that this app takes a lot of time in approving credit card though it has a valid reason that the process is manual. I was moving into a new apartment and had alot of new stuff to buy and my bank balance wasn’t sufficient to buy all the things. I had also applied for an other credit card which got approved long back but didn’t send me the card. this app though the approval took alot of time provided me with a virtual card which helped me alot in my move-in period. The customer service was also very helpful 24/7 available. Will highly recommended to all the incoming students to the US to get the this app bank account and credit card.

Edit: The latest update is great. UX is great.

1. A lot of times you click something and it takes you to a blank screen. 2. I get a notification that I’ve to upload a document. Later on when I go to Zolve I see no place where to upload that. 3. I get a “card” in Zolve ’s Home Screen saying Check your credit history. Afterwards there’s no way to check the credit history. Seems that was just a one time thing. If you don’t want anything to be present consistently, why show it even once. This rating is just for Zolve . The other things like are really great.

One of the best banking service in the entire United States for students and working class; coming from India to open a bank account. Even get a credit card without SSN, that’s the best part of using this app. Zolve has the best UI and 24/7 around the clock customer support with credit limit upto $5000. It has the 0% apr for 15 months that helps settle the students and arrange the finances. All in all the best banking service in USA.

App ui is really great and easy to navigate. Every page has got good CTA and I could easily find all the important stuff just within a few clicks. The cash back, rewards and offers are really great and being a student, this app is kinda savior and blessing for us studying in US. Thanks this app. I hope the developers are working hard on getting the payment resolve time fixed, other than that Zolve is pretty awesome as a whole.

While the idea of giving Credit cards to international students based on their home country’s credit scores is great, Zolve certainly needs improvement.

I recently observed new features like continuous updating of due amount, and in app chat notifications are introduced. Hope the team keeps this up and introduce more user friendly features and more payment options in the near future.

Ive been their customer from day 1 and the team does a great job taking care of all of my needs. I even lost my card and they were very quick to get me a new one. They even offered me a full refund of my transfer charges when some transactions went awry due to no mistake of mine. I thank them for making my move to USA a success.

I initially didn’t know what the service would be like due to this app being fairly new in the market. But I really liked the product because of it’s amazing credit limit that it gave me plus the cash-back offers are unbeatable! Additionally, kudos to the this app customer support team for being there 24x7 and being so friendly and helpful with everything!

This is an awesome app
It has an option to block ur card right away the min you realize you lost it. Thought it is a young company it works smooth with with other apps like Zelle etc
It took away pain points I was struggling with banks in US.
Best part is you can apply before you fly from your country and get it right after u land in US
I gave only 4 to coz to leave room for improvement like unlock with face recognition etc

this app has been a really help to me since August 2021. It has one of the best cashback deals I’ve seen amongst my credit cards. Also, they have a swift and fast support team to respond to user queries. And most important thing that I feel is they listen to their customers and make sure to implement customer's feedback in their products.

It has been with me since day 1 of my USA life. I know it is not perfect but the team works really well. They have a customer friendly service. Sweet rewards & offerings too. With $50 bonus and increasing 0% APR from 6 months to 15 months. They took great steps. Hoping for improvements in app like face ID, Clear and organized rewards page, etc.

The UI is really good and does the work just fine. The rewards section needs a little bug fixing where many scratch cards inadvertently populate. Also the upper section of rewards screen is always frozen and history has a small scrolling section, this is something that needs to be looked upon! Otherwise great work team, love using Zolve and the cards!

I have applied to the this app credit card when it was a 6 months old startup. I immediately received the credit card after one week in US. It’s been an huge help for me in a country where u cant get a credit whiteout SSN. I highly recommend this if ur a student like me and are looking for some credit.

this app has been a Cool App which is providing the credit card for new students who are going to US. This initiative has to be appreciated as students are in a need of credit card when their in the US, to bear their daily expenses. The this app Customer team works round the clock and respond to our query really quick.

this app has been a great card for me to start my credit journey in US as a student without SSN. Great application and customer service. Only issue I faced so far has been that the application sometimes crashes but apart from that the credit card has been very helpful and my experience has been really good.

I got my this app account set up before moving to the US and have had a pretty smooth experience so far. Zolve is pretty easy to use and the support team has always been immediately available whenever I've had any issues. My one feedback for iOS is hoping for face ID unlock soon! Thanks Team this app

I’ve had a great experience with this app. Being new to credit in the US, this app has been really helpful. It gives me a credit line that is actually helpful, unlike the secure ones or very low limits that you have to use just to build a credit score. Plus the cash backs are at par, I’m very happy with this!

I came to the states as student , without this app my financial experience would have been hard. Every time I used the credit card I have been awarded 5-10% cashback. Who doesn’t want that? this app makes students and immigrant life's better. That’s for sure. Thank you this app.

The this app credit card is a mind blowing and an excellent credit card with lots of cash back and other types of offers. I applied for the this app credit and debit cards in India. The online process was pretty Smooth and hassle free. They also gave me a very very good credit line and last month they even increased my credit line quite significantly. Immediately, when I arrived in USA and I uploaded my I94, my Credit and debit cards were sent to my home within 5 days. The customer care is quite responsive.

I remember when I landed in USA for my studies, my classes were online for initial few weeks. I needed a WiFi connection immediately. The WiFi company was asking for my credit card details to set up account. Because of my this app credit card, I was able to get my WiFi connection instantly and without any waiting. My friends had to wait for at least a month to start their WiFi services because they didn’t have any US bank account or debit or credit card. this app credit cards have made my life really convenient in USA.

[update]: Changed to 5 stars. it looks like there was a mistake on my end interpreting the UI in cashback section. The dollar amount and the points are same, so I misinterpreted it as 1x rewards. But it is actually 5x. I would suggest the Dev team to include the total order amount alongside the cashback value to make it more evident.

[Past review]: The card is no more attractive. It used to be a great product. But recently they changed how they give reward points. You only get 5x reward points on select brands when the single payment is of more than 100$. So even if you order 1000$ worth of goods in a month but in small payments of < 100USD, you would get only 1000 points instead of 5000.

I initially had issues on Zolve on IOS, and it would keep crashing. I wrote a critical review regarding this and the team fixed and issue within a week and reached out to me. Needless to say, Im happy with the way they handled the problem.

I would recommend this app to any student moving to the US. One improvement that they can make to their service is providing Zelle payments.

I’m a native resident of the U.S. and decided to try this out for its new Azpire card, to help build credit, honestly it’s one of the best credit building cards, but I feel like they should target young adults (like me) or college age students, instead of global, it has a bigger range of opportunity that way. But the product and card is top tier. 100% recommend to every young adult or college student/ anyone that needs to build credit

Zolve can sometimes be really glitchy but I see the developers working on the glitches through intermittent updates which is great. The products in themselves are also very good.

I have faced so many issues with this company there’s no call center to resolve the chat and email team is very slow your
Money will be trapped with them you can’t use all the money to even pay your college fees which I was not able to. They have set all kind of limits which doesn’t increase if you have to.
Never ever use this on iPhones it is very irresponsive. The customer chat is so pathetically designed they purposely make you wait for many mins so that you get agitated and walk away I have been trying to get in contact with people but it’s screwed up system.

UPDATE - so the support was hard to find you have to answer a bunch of questions with their bot first. Still once I reached support they promptly escalated my issue and I got an email lfrom them a couple hours later saying the issue is now fixed they temporarily increased my transaction limit. So I’m in the middle now so I figured it’s only fair to say they are tryihv to fix it. If I am able to get my car rental in the morning I will come raise the rating to 5 stars.

These people play around with your money. When you are standing at a car rental counter, you will discover that if they try to run a transaction for $585, that this card has some kind of transaction maximum or something. I don't know, but it will decline even if you have more than enough available funds on there. And when you attempt to contact support for assistance, you will find that there is no human available. And the only thing that they can do is offer to escalate your case for contact within 24 hours. They take your money, they hold it, but they even when you have more than enough money to cover the rental, they will not give you access to it, and you will be left stranded and stuck. I am withdrawing my money off this card. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Zolve is easy to use. And you get your bank account and credit account in a day without any hassle. Zolve is smooth, works as expected. You don’t have to go open a account in US, this just works fine. Although do open a account there officially. And keep both. Anyways, great work guys

Hi friends its my second time i have lost around 800$ . Previously it was 900$ refunded after 4 weeks of struggle i got my money back and my card was blocked . It was informed that my card is block and its not for any use further .

The scammer who scammed me 900$ used my card again so i texted them like they are trying again to attempt transaction they said like there will be no payment made from your old card we blocked it .later next week there was around 800$ was used by some x person (unauthorized transaction) . These people dont gave control over there data and our data is stolen from there database i think . Its been more tham 3 days i didnt get any response from there end .

Arrived in the US and was checking for banks or financial institutions that i can open a bank account. I stumbled wiith this app on reddit and immediately checked it out. By reading the details i was convinced since this app is offering a checking account plus a credit builder card and it comes with a virtual debit card. At first i wasn’t able to move forward with my application due to an issue on my address, but this app team rectify the issue and was able to obtain a checking account, a virtual debit card, and a azpire credit builder card. Was able to utilize my account by using apple pay. Was able to utilized my checking account and connected my account with zelle venmo and paypal. Btw I was having no luck on receiving my actual Aspire Card and it took 3months. this app team was able to help me and received my card on a jiffy. this app’s service recovery is a top notch. Highly recommended for students, non-immigrant/immigrants who dont have ssn.

We shifted from India to US and no bank was ready to open an account. They were asking for a lot of IDs like SSN, DL etc. Ofcourse that was gonna take sometime and we needed a bank account here so that we could transfer our funds from India to support us for our initial setup here. After a lot of research, we came across this app. Initially we were a little hesitant to transfer big amount as the process of signing up on this app seemed too good to be true. But after using the card and the account for 10-15 days, we transferred our funds from India to our this app account. Even that process was super smooth with this app. P.S. Really helpful app and totally trustworthy. Would recommend to all! Thanks this app Team, you guys are doing great work. ✌️

It is the worst bank service that they give to the customers, they won’t respond to the customers properly. They want their money to be paid on time if not they will call us and threaten the customers that they will report to the credit bureau..but they won’t do their job properly. They will write in their own portals that they will transfer money to India with in 24 hours but they won’t do it as they say. Instead if we ask them to resolve the issue, they won’t do it.
It is the worst service that I ever experienced in my life.
If there is anyone who want to open a this app account, I will definitely recommend not to do so. Referring this app to someone is like worst thing.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with this app has been disappointing. Despite encountering a significant issue with a transaction, the support team has not provided adequate assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I have received no meaningful response or support from this app. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and customer care from a service that I once trusted. As a loyal user, I expected better from this app. However, their failure to address my concerns has left me feeling frustrated. I hope that this app will take steps to improve their customer support and address issues promptly in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to others.

Don’t trust Zolve and this app. My issue was I uploaded my documents clearly and correctly but even though I still haven’t received my card and they don’t even have a customer service number they only chat with you with some automated messages and if I ask them about my card status they just say that we are sorry we are in high demand you are on our waitlist it’s been 1 month they were saying this to me and top of that they ask for your patience but in real they will test your patience. My friend has applied after me but he got his card immediately after the documentation process but I haven’t received till now. Please don’t prefer this instead prefer American Express credit card that is really a good one.
