I have used BiThumb Global multiple times to purchase less popular cryptocurrency that I am interested in. One transaction never made it. I viewed the transaction on the ADA block chain and it was completed, however the funds were never deposited to my account. I have been patient and have submitted multiple tickets requesting them to fix the issue. Customer Service will send an automatically generated email and then nothing further. It has now been over a month, with over 5 help tickets and a dozen emails and I have not even received a legitimate response. Find any other app… investing in Doge is a better idea than using BitGlobalex.
I was introduced to BitGlobalex by a friend for crypto trading. BitGlobalex is based in Hong Kong, is unregulated in the United States, and is 100% a scam.
I deposited $2,000 dollars and it is impossible to see where the funds have gone now.

I had EGLD on Bithump / BitGlobal for a year or so, and when I went to trade it for USDT, they locked my account saying “unable to login, contact our support”. Once they do this they will change the price of your trading pair. In my case, they changed EGLD from current price of $304 per coin to $133 per coin (behind the scenes) and made the trade. Once I was able to log back in I saw the transaction in history and took a screen shot of it. They refuse to fix it. I attached images of EGLD pricing for the day, but no response. GET YOUR CRYPTO OFF of this exchange !!!! Fraud

Used this platform for a while without problems. But later a transfer was sent and it never cleared.... They have not responded with any recourse and it has been a few months now with no response.... I continue to follow up and they say: “Just wait...” Don’t expect support if your transfer doesn’t clear from another wallet. Only send as much as you can afford to not receive in your wallet....
I can not explain how horrible BitGlobalex is... 36 hours credit my account with BTC. Had to work with customer service to get it done. Once money is in, you have to wait 24 hours to withdrawal the Money or move it to USDT. Google Authenticator codes rarely work. When you add coins to your “favorite” to track them, they rarely show up as your favorites when you open BitGlobalex .. absolute TRASH, stay far away....
Trading experience works great until there’s an issue with a transaction. Like so many have commented, I have opened multiple tickets with customer service for the same problem, and it has been weeks now with not even a response. I withdrew XRP to a routine address and the status says “Success” but the funds never arrived in my other wallet. The transaction ID they have for my withdraw does not exist on the XRP ledger. Essentially, they have lost my crypto and it’s literally impossible to get assistance from their customer help desk. They have frozen my other crypto but have not reached out to resolve the problem. STAY AWAY from this exchange!
This is a company with no integrity and benchmark business ethics. It is completely untrustworthy. The money you transferred in, you bought the digital currency, and you don’t know how much it was in the end, because their actual money is the same as the digital currency you bought. The money shown is different so that they can cheat and steal. Don't believe them at all.

I sent $2950 from Trust Wallet to my account but fund never shows up. Bscscan says it’s successful and I am sure the problem is on Bithumb end. There are multiple Reddit complaints about the same issue and customer service doesn’t do anything. Can’t recommend anyone using it until issue resolved
The security redundancies are not well thought out and make it likely you will miss your chance to buy at a good price and you can forget about withdrawing your money. It’s ridiculously complicated and it looks like I have to pay a 33% fee for withdrawal. Scam. Stay away.
I’ve had several friends complain about making withdraws and wallet transfers. I finally tried several today and my withdrawals can’t be found and there’s no transfer verification attached to my account history showing I made the withdraws.
The fees are outrageous to withdraw any currency! I’m trying to withdraw less than $50 worth but the fee to complete it is well over $100! I’m not going to spend more than what my crypto is worth. I guess my money is stuck here and I’m never seeing it again. A complete scam. Stay away.

Seems quite secure, easy to use and all around pretty good. This would be a five star rating but the wallet for akash has been updating for a very long time, longer by much more than 500% the time it took to update the entire latest mainnet with stargate and IBC on cosmos. I would figure that the wallet update would be done in at longest a few days but so far no luck. This to me is a sign of poor adaptability.

i’ve been using BitGlobalex since april this year and i didn’t have many issues i’ve had to message them with a few problems with withdraw of kin coin and it took about 24 hours to hear back and the answer was short but was answered seem to be a secure app with log in being a few steps the withdraw fee is pricey now that i’m able to withdraw kin coin but other then that seems to be well

Joined Bitglobal to buy DIGAU. It’s the only platform listing this token. As shown with other reviews, this platform is a scam. The DIGAU Price has had wild upward swings as shown on coinmarketcap, binance etc.on their platform it only goes down. when I sent the proof they claim the other platform data is unreliable yet they all track the exact same data. Stay away from this company. They will deliberately rip you off.
