I purchased a small amount (under $100) of a popular crypto currency to test the sight. It looked clean and easy to use, so I decided to give it a try. Buying the coin wasn’t a problem. Sending my coins to an external wallet was where I had my problem. I sent two test withdraws of a small sum to two different wallets. Both transactions were locked and are still locked three weeks later. The rest of the amount are still sitting in there with my withdraw function disabled, so I can’t even take out if I tried. The support techs won’t give me a straight answer and just tell me to be patient until the functions are restored. I’m not counting on seeing my money. If you made it to the end of this review and you still think it’s a good idea to use this site, you better do yourself a favor and get out of crypto because there’re scams everywhere and you’re the type scammers thrive on. I wouldn’t be surprised if the same guys who ran BitConnect and made away with hundreds of millions or billions of dollars are the same ones running this site. They need a cease and desist letter and have their assets seized. Apple should take HotbitGlobal down immediately or put warning notifications on HotbitGlobal after someone selects the download button.

Hotbit is just a garbage service. Fortunately I only stuck about 30 bucks in to test it out. They charge fees far beyond eth gas fees for transfers. They make coinbase look really cheap. The interface is not intuitive for newer users. They have such a high minimum transfer rate that I can’t event pull my $33 out. I’ve tried converting it every which way, and even withdrawing USD, which is broken. They have odd buying restrictions too. Say you want to use nUSD to purchase Saitama it only buys in 10 mil increments, so if you have enough for 13,978,453,623 (random example) it won’t work, which forces zeros, which means they’ll widdle down your funds that just get lost in the aether in small amounts, essentially stealing your money a dollar or two at a time. I’m convinced that hotbit is a scam, and I’d just like to take my little $33 back. Thank god I tested it before I moved anything major from my wallet!!

I cannot stress this enough, this organization steals from its customers. In 2021, they changed the deposit address for KDA accounts without actively informing customers. Their excuse is that they posted it on their message board. So if you don’t go there everyday, you’d never see it. This resulted in the loss of hundreds of dollars. In 2022, I had multiple daily deposits missing, totally almost $500. I’ve been on their customer service team for weeks now and they still have not rectified the loss which is clearly on their end. Like other user reviews, I’m almost positive they will simply keep my mined KDA coins for themselves. Needless to say, I’m closing my account. This is a scam.

HotbitGlobal is pretty nice however most interest baring investments are way under market value. On top of that their fees are absolutely horrible. To move anything costs a darn fortune. Recently looked to move SHIB to stake elsewhere for 400% APY but these thieves was 2 million SHIB to move my 5 million I have in there. I’ll be letting these SHIB ride in here until it’s worth extracting. Glad I’m only transferred in a small amount of my shib wallet as I never plan to utilize their service again…

Side note: Their process to sell anything on the site or app is way more complicated than it needs to be. On the opposite end I do really like their ticker design.

I loved HotbitGlobal. However, the last update(3/3/22) has disabled my ability to use HotbitGlobal . Any time I try to open it HotbitGlobal crashes before it even starts. I even deleted HotbitGlobal and reinstalled it and it’s still happening. I restarted my phone and that didn’t help either. When I try to use the website instead it doesn’t show me anything in my wallet. Nothing else has changed apart from me updating to the latest version. It’s a shame considering how often I use HotbitGlobal.

Most variety of available coins from a decently reliable exchange. You allow me to trade what I want. Centralized networks can have downtime and HotbitGlobal is no exception to that. Understand this and enjoy! If HotbitGlobal is crashing, you can go to their website and login to trade.

Hobit is the best, but you guys sever are too slow... especially when it comes to chat time... and price readings... it’s always slow and it gives me a hard time to trade on current price... but other than that, it’s very good and easy to use

I have worked with the application for a year and I am happy. Only they should better support since I lost my Google authenticator and I have not been able to reset my account!

I’ve used hotbit for a whole year and honestly it’s fantastic. There is undoubtedly a learning curve but once you get through it you will realize how much value they are returning to users

HotbitGlobal has low trade fee but on the other hand since it’s a new compare to other has a low liquidity. Personally recommend it to those who just getting started with trading and see slowly how the trading actually works.

I would have give a five stars ⭐️ if HotbitGlobal would not ask me to log in every time I want to see or trade . I have my Face ID sent but every time I’m being ask to log in . So annoying

Glad to see that Hotbit finally has an official iOS app! HotbitGlobal is a lot smoother than the original and very easy to use. The addition of a dark mode is a welcomed change!

Hotbit continues to Improve while also having many coins do your research also ima fan of the 90 day lock up feature with apy

I was having trouble logging into my hotbit account. I had recently changed phone numbers and forgot to change that on my account. I tried to contact support and was unable to because of a UID I needed, but I cannot get into my account so how was I supposed to know about that?

Now I am shut out of HOTBIT until some there can help me. Please HELP!

Don’t trust this guys. Lost around $400 because I am locked out my account for losing my older phone thanks to the google Auth. Did send them like 20 mails, screenshots , ID, etc, everything and they do nothing to help. Can’t go without mention the time they got hacked and I could not sell shiba when it was at peak by the time they went back the coin had dropped about 70% making me lose thousands.

Recently updated version isn’t working on my phone, I need the older version back or compatible with iOS 12.5.5 🤝

These people are not there to help. I transferred $1500 in usdt to this platform 3months ago, show the transaction was completed, deposited, but my account still has not been credited. Been trying to get the issue resolve since and they’ve been giving me the runaround. Feel like I’m being robbed. Definitely going to file a complaint on them.

I just lost 180$ to HotbitGlobal please do not fall victim to their trap. They lure you in with all the crypto options then once my money was in when to transfer it so I could buy Luffy and it won’t let me transfer withdraw or deposit. Or even spend the 180 USD I have in my account. This company needs to be shut down for stealing money. Can’t believe I just lost 200$ please don’t be stupid like me

Keep up the good work Hotbit! Your app is reliable, user friendly and safe. That is not something that can be said for very many apps. 👍👍👍

There’s a large selection, but the last update made an already confusing platform more confusing intentionally. Along with how trying to withdrawing from the site apparently takes forever. Trying to send a little ADA, and it’s been like 7 hours. ALSO PRETTY SURE THE SITE JUST STOLE MY ADA IN A TRANSACTION ON CARDANO.

I gave a bad review on HotbitGlobal some time back. I was naive to navigating it properly. Since then I have revisited and gained a better understanding of it’s working. It’s awesome to give you exposure to crypto you ordinarily wouldn’t have access to. When used in tandem with coinbase it is the greatest tool you can have at your disposal in the world of crypto. Fees per transaction are almost nonexistent! It is highly recommended if you have the time to learn the platform! It has become my go to in a world filled with manipulation and rip-off artists…Thank me later 😉

Plz fix your charts. I can’t access any minutes under 15M on an Apple phone.

Your trading platform isn’t as advanced and has lesser features compared to other apps!
There should be features like stop limit, limit, market and the rest to make trading more suitable for traders. Please look into that.

I’ve been waiting for my deposit to hit my account and it’s missing somehow.. it’s already been confirmed on the blockchain but not showing up in Hotbit…. Made reports to customer service and still not even a single response from you guys! Tiring..

I sent rvn over to them to try it out I sent a small amount and after realizing how bad they are I was going to withdraw out but they want 45% of what I have in there and they don’t let let you know how much they charge until you actually try to withdraw

I like HotbitGlobal a lot but exchange rates are always different than others. When buying, prices are high, when selling prices are low. It is coincidence?
