10 months agoI try to withdraw the EURT I've sent since a while ago and it simply doesn't work, the site seems to be broken and I don't see the funds, despite an email confirming that I got them. Unfortunately BKEX just ignores my mails and my chat inquires. I still hope to get my EURT, it was a huge mistake to trust BKEX

1 year agoDear Bkex, I have made an account on Bkex more then a year ago to buy crypto. Now I am not able to login with the same login details. These were saved in my browser and the details consist of a number to login and an automatically generated hard password. Customer service on this exchange is subpar. Always give the same automated responses to questions. Removed the Buy and sell function for ZOOT and set a deadline to withdraw token but makes it impossible to withdraw the token. Can’t get any help from customer service on the issue. Then charges a gas fee to withdraw a token that they frozen on their exchange. Definitely won’t be using again. Taking my loss and using different exchange to trade.

Where to start? The spreads are awful, you will see spreads of 10% plus. Second, i can’t find a way to transfer coins out. Third, no customer support help. Avoid this app at all costs. Fourth, I should receive small distributions on certain coins every transaction. I haven’t received anything holding here. Just praying I can actually move money out. For now, impossible. Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid!

Beware of scam
This is a scam website . I lost my Bitcoin . The customer service was terrible. I transferred .009 btc to this exchange yesterday . At the bottom in small font it was written that the minimum amount to trade was .001 btc. It was barely visible. I told them to return the transfer but they are not willing to do so. Now they are telling me that my btc will not be credited since it is less than .001btc. This is unfair and deceptive business practice and is a violation of UDAAP compliance.
