How to fix Indeed Flex+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Indeed Flex+ app on iPhone
Update Indeed Flex+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Indeed Flex+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Indeed Flex+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Indeed Flex+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Indeed Flex+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Indeed Flex+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Indeed Flex+ » click [Force Stop]

Update Indeed Flex+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Indeed Flex+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Indeed Flex+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Indeed Flex+.

Fix Indeed Flex+ unable to contact server/ Indeed Flex+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Indeed Flex+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Indeed Flex+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Indeed Flex+
