It's telling me there are no shelter dogs in any of the shelters. I'm guessing there must be a glitch of some sort.

It's telling me they're ate no dogs in any of the shelters of the states I picked. All of them! I don't understand why it's not allowing me to find another dog.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TREAT app issues:

Force Stop the TREAT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TREAT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TREAT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TREAT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TREAT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TREAT.

Fix TREAT unable to contact server/ TREAT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TREAT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TREAT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TREAT on android.
