The scroll up and down feature will not work when I open a window to make a change. For example, when I go to Employment / Summary / Edit / Organization and the window pops up to make the update - I cannot scroll up or down to make the change to the correct organizational unit. I have cleared my settings and restarted my computer, and I still cannot scroll.
The website is unreachable. I can log into any other site on the internet, but not Paychex Flex. The site will not load at all. I need that to be able to clock into work in the morning. This needs to be fixed!
Time and attendance, my phone says no mobile access
Paychex Flex to does not login on android phone, however login on desktop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no ends. I have also tried resetting user/password on android webpage not available. You guys need to fix the APP. You broke it, you fix it

The app will not work today. I had been using fingerprint log in but now the app does not recognize my device. I had to change my password using the "forgot password" function as it would not work even when I had the correct username and password as well as the key codes from texts to prove I am me. After all that the app still won't work & thinks my new password is wrong despite my being able to log in with it from the website just fine. And I know it's the right website.
Hello, on the app my clock in clock out and meal time buttons are unresponsive. Everything else works and my phone isn't unresponsive to anything else but those buttons.
In Paychex app, it states "New version available...You are currently using an outdated version of our app" with a button below that says "Update Now". Pushing the button takes me to the Play Store where it only has the options "Uninstall or Open", no update option. Cleared my cache and tried again with same results.
I have tried many times to clear the "remember" function for my log in name from the sign in screen. IT has determined that they can not find anything with Google Chrome that would be doing this since I cleared all my histories, log ins, etc. Can you help me from your end.
