Inconsistency With Blocks and Loading Issues
2022-05-21
by Kickthebuddyisamazing
At first AmazonFlex worked fine, but then I started having problems checking in. AmazonFlex would get stuck on the check in screen and would continue loading for several minutes. I was checked in late one time due to this. Also, there seems to be fewer blocks available than usual. I used to see between 40-60 offers during different times of the day. The offers started dwindling down to about 20 or less. Now I don’t get any offers at all. Each time I check AmazonFlex , it constantly says no offers available. It doesn’t matter which time of the day, how often I refresh AmazonFlex , or what filters I use. AmazonFlex constantly says no offers available. This is in the busy region of Cleveland with multiple locations checked.
I’m aware they are filtering work to certain people and screening out those they don’t want delivering.
Impossible to find work!

by Cmia.a
It is nearly impossible to get blocks on AmazonFlex. I spend hours just refreshing only for one to pop up and then say it’s unavailable. It doesn’t matter how fast you click on the block. It will say that someone has taken it. It’s been made clear to me that there are a lot of bots being made that will swipe the blocks within milliseconds leaving nothing for anyone else. When you finally do get a block, the amount of wear and tear put on your car doesn’t seem to be worth it. They will tell you where the warehouse is but they won’t tell you what area you’re going to be delivering in. You could drive 30 minutes to the warehouse to find that you have to drive another 30 to get to the area you are delivering in and then drive your car around delivering packages for 3-5 hours, then make the hour drive back home. If you’re willing to do that then that’s fine but the biggest issue is not getting blocks in the first place. Very frustrating and hard to understand. Good luck.

Ya I kept getting taken back to a address that was wrong it said in the notes but wouldn’t let me move on while I’m going in circles I almost got in an accident with a lady that didn’t stop I had no sign but I felt I needed to stop because she was not and she went right threw it so as I’m trying to gather myself and I pull over try to call dispatch twice got no answer this was first day I had no clue what to do so I drive back to see why I was not able to skip it and if I could get help because I was told I would get off at 7 so I planned a babysitter till 8 and the lady at dispatch told me I was abandoning my route and pretty much made me fill like a failure when I wasn’t going to get no help because I drove back and didn’t text her ?? Who doesn’t answer a phone to someone new that had no idea what to do besides what I was trained to call dispatch so I went home upset and then before I was leaving to get my vehicle all the people in delivery part was talking crap like ya she just abandoned her route she left ? There app is horrible has u running in circles back and forth confusing hard to follow and yes drive at same time it’s not possible seen someone today with there door wide open driving we got taught that’s a no no major I thought I did my best and I felt so lost that day hurt fillings
Too many bots
2022-08-24
by Ruzan92
There are too many bots, it is impossible to grab a normal block because of bots. Now that gas prices are too high flex blocks prices are the same. You need to increase prices, its almost like working for free because all the money going to fuel . Please, please, please change the way that machines are answering when drivers email support team. Whenever there is a problem we call driver support they say email support team we can’t help you, we email support team hopping they can help us instead we receive a generic answer from the bot. That is how you treat you drivers? It is humiliating. Also what is the point of drivers to take a picture when delivering packages, when receivers say they didn’t receive it. We take the picture so its a proof , but no, instead you decrease our standing without any grace periods. You expect drivers be perfect in the case when you are not doing everything perfect.
The routes given will drive you out in the middle of nowhere where you end your last drop off sometimes as much as an hour and a half away from the station. The gps system is laggy and misses turns and tells me to go left when the map says go right. The rates are pretty low and once you work in mileages driven and amount of gas bought your looking at what comes to 12-15 an hour. I spent 400 in gas in December and when you take that off the amount made in December it’s barely acceptable for take home but this is even before taxes will be taken out be end of the year! So it will be even less. The rates are not consistent and you can be driving 3 hours and get 50 but spend 40 on gas. Not worth it and not as lucrative of a “side hussle” as advertised. Not to mention if something goes wrong 99.9% of the time the driver will be blamed and will count against you even if you had nothing to do with it.
Terrible

I only took this job to make extra pay I’ve come to find out they care nothing about their employees. They send us out to the most desolate areas and unsafe areas to work. I got to the station one particular day and the weather had gotten really bad I told the staff there that I felt unsafe to drive in this weather, their response was well if you don’t take it you will not be able to drive again at which point I was told it’s a refusal if I didn’t take it so I guess the packages were more important than my safety. Now onto the next issue I had to cancel 2 different runs because of all the potholes in Indianapolis of course I didn’t cancel before the 45 minutes because I had no idea I was going to hit potholes so of course that was counted against me. Now here’s where it just really blew me my sister was rushed to the hospital and remained there for over a week she takes care of our 80 year old bedridden mom I missed an assignment due to everything going on of course I had to go take care of her and they TERMINATED me. I’m just totally flabbergasted about their lack of care for their contractors.
Average app Terrible company

The navigation is terrible have to use waze or apple navigation while you are delivering packages I miss a few schedule blocks in which I wasn’t aware of the guidelines to forfeit schedules 45 minutes before start time but after I starting completing blocks I did about 5-7 schedule blocks within a week as flexible part time gig but they love sending flex drivers 25-60 miles away out deep in the country where there no smooth roads and some of the areas in these neighborhoods looks like the 1950’s with the mailbox with address half mile away from actual house in which the navigation will mark you as not in your when your are literally standing on front porch dropping off package but sometimes you can get lucky and get schedule blocks with the city limits from the warehouse but most of times long distance time and mileage will put serious wear and tear on your car money isn’t worth the wear and tear Bezos is a billionaire because he is underpaying flex drivers as independent contractors good for side supplemental income but not good compensation for your car
They just don’t set the expectation right

They offer an amount of let’s say $66 for a 2 hours block. They ask you to agree to complete 40orders in that time. Which is fair when there I no traffic. AmazonFlex tells you before you leave to come back to the station to return any undelivered packages. Delivering to Hollywood in a 3hr shift on a Friday night while many venues are now open to get to Hollywood took me 1 hr and to go back to the station 44mins. Giving me only 1:30 to deliver packages to building with no codes to enter, no instructions where the lockers are, and of course no where legal to park. I did well driving in Gardena and Beverly Hills. Now I’m underrated driver and received a warning for not male king a delivery attempt which I couldn’t because AmazonFlex wanted to me to go to the door to mark why I’m not delivering (I couldn’t there was a roadblock)I went past the time in more than one occasion which I believe probably I’m not getting paid. No response from them yet.
Latest Version Glitch

AmazonFlex worked perfectly until the version update a few days ago. Since the update, I have been having problems with “Available Now”. When I turn it on, the temperature check window comes up like always, but now when I hit okay, it doesn't go away for the next step. So I go to another screen and then go back to “available now”. Now the identity check comes up, but after pressing okay, it doesn't open to take my picture. So I have to go out to another screen and come back to “available now”. Each time I go out and come back, I have to turn on “available now, because it slides back to the off position. It doesn't stay on, hence I have not seen any instant offers even while sitting in the parking lot of Whole Foods.
I have contacted support multiple times and I get the same scripted answer. Turn on “available now”. Someone may be closer. Orders may be slow. They never address the issue. Trying to get support is horrible.
I literally can’t even use AmazonFlex . I went all through the whole sign up process which of course ask for very personal information. Social security number, background check, drivers license number, etc. I even watched all of the training videos which takes 30 mins of your time. All of that just for me to not be able to use AmazonFlex . I never get offers because my time slot is set for 12am-12pm which of course, there won’t be any offers during that time slot and no matter how many times I try to edit the times, AmazonFlex won’t let me. I go to the screen where it says you can change the times and when I click on the time, nothing happens. AmazonFlex even glitches and exits out when I do it. I’ve deleted AmazonFlex and reinstalled it, I’ve even tried emailing support but AmazonFlex literally won’t even let me do that, it gave me an error message when I tried. So I’m honestly frustrated that I went through the whole sign up process for an app I can’t even use.
Could be better

The maps are by far better than any I have used on a app but a lot of improvement is needed. I’m some how missing packages from deliveries that I’ve taken pictures of and you know you can’t leave a package just anywhere cause AmazonFlex doesn’t let you. Call customer service and they can’t ever give any real help they just tell you ways to help yourself. Taking a break as gas is super high and they will drive you on a wild goose chase for 120 miles for 79$. The people at logistics put stickers over the barcodes you have to scan, half the time they aren’t numbered in order. They only want to send you places with dirt roads full of craters so they can avoid sending their trucks on these wild goose chases. I get notifications for blocks at a place I’ve never delivered from and didn’t set as a preference. When you have a road block or something and need help they tell you to use google maps to find another way. It’s convenient sometimes but it’s not going to keep working out the way it’s going.
Route
2023-05-02
by RemyMeeks
Would be nice before we accept a route to be able to see what area we’ll be working out of like most apps do so we can plan things out better. We’ll know what to expect and we can know if we have enough fuel for it. I’ve been seeing some people complaining about mileage because they have to go too far out. I believe if you give that info there will be even more people taking offers, I would. I haven’t taken one offer yet because I don’t want to go in not knowing what to expect. I don’t want to have to turn down a offer because I’ll have to take my car too far out after meeting up with you guys for my route. That’s a waste of my time, gas and especially wasting you guys time. If you guys can give us times and how much we’ll make how come we can’t see where the route will be ran at? I know there are some people on here that don’t care and would just jump to it. But think about it, there are good workers out here like me that are just cautious and that think before acting. You guys are doing pretty good right now but just think about how many more drivers you’ll attract if you add that feature 🤔.
Here’s an instant offer, actually no, a driveway safety tip instead.

If you get a push notification for an instant offer, you might be able to see the details if you tap it. Often times when you click to open the push notification, you are presented with a repetitive, not so useful tip intended to help you deliver better. This doesn’t happen all the time, just occasionally. Why is that so bad? When this is presented when opening AmazonFlex , (a bug, a bad R&D decision, Jeff Bezos -pick one) prevents the instant offer push notification from loading. Since there’s no way to get back that push notification, and there is no place In AmazonFlex to retrieve your instant offer, continue to sit idle because you’re never going to get it back. What you have to do is ignore the push notification, Open AmazonFlex from the home screen or recent apps, reject whatever information shows up when opening AmazonFlex , and then open the link from notification Center. But seriously why won’t they fix this bug? I’ve only filed it several times, I’ve lost probably about $1000 now in instant offers. When in motion, it’s hard to remember to do this convoluted workaround. Nor should I have to.
Performance review jeopardize

by Charcorta Cassillas
I love delivering smiles to clients on your behalf And I do so with so much pride, professionalism, care, passion and enthusiasm however is SO MUCH UNFAIR that my performance review is based on a missed package when the package have been given or delivered to the client and you believed the client putting My loyalty to you under the table and measuring my performances base on clients story. What about investigating more whether that is a client that typically would report missed package to avoiding paying for it or to get a 2nd package or item. What about taken both stories in consideration and filing claim thru your business as loss and replace your clients item but don’t put the blame on me when you know my record impeccable base on my background check you did. Review these issues improve your consideration, loyalty and treat you flex contractor driver better. Thank you.
I’ll start by saying that I love the flexibility I get by creating my own schedule however I was initially placed on a wait list for about 3 weeks before completing the “hiring” process. It’s almost impossible to get an blocks, they disappear before you can even accept it. It’s very very frustrating considering I’m glued to AmazonFlex constantly refreshing it in hopes a block will come through. I’ve narrowed down my filters to which locations I’m willing to pick up from while my hours are completely open and yet still no blocks. I thought since the holidays are among us that it would be much busier but I guess from what I’m able to gather the more senior workers get dibs on blocks first. I’m very optimistic that something good will come from being a flex driver 🤞🏽
It’s a love hate with this

When you go and loook for jobs there is never any slots for hours at a time. Many people are using bots to accept the blocks that are being giving. It’s almost impossible to get blocks when they are also being offered 10mins before the start time of the block…you will need to watch AmazonFlex for hours at a time before you will have a block show up. I understand it’s about how many people that are on AmazonFlex but you should be able to see the blocks that will be given in the day. Let people see something other then “sorry come back later” that wouldn’t make people want to work more. Plus for the new comers there should be more slots for us to come up and hit lvl two like everyone else. Everyone else sits at lvl two making it harder for the new comers to get there as well when jobs won’t show up and most of the blocks are given to the people who can pick a schedule. How are you. supposed to get to level two when you can’t even see the jobs lol. You should have the option for everybody not just people for level two. We would like to work just as much but it’s very hard to do so. Plz make a change, this would be an amazing app if you just implemented more for the new comers. Just add more slots!
Tips breakdown?

by Mellie!mel
I heard another cit that they’re able to see the tip break down but it is not available after updating AmazonFlex for me here in Utah. Also that does not work if I’m connected to the warehouse Wi-Fi. When I am done scanning at a warehouse that will not update my route and I have to force it to close and reopen it for my schedule to appear. There seems to be glitches when working at Whole Foods stores. I have to keep saying I’ve arrived and re-opening and closing AmazonFlex for it to update the schedule. My biggest pet peeve though is when I’m doing same day deliveries that multiple packages are not grouped together and I get the one package out of my car only to return start travel deliver a second or third or more packages at the same location when I can be more proficient by having all three Advil to take one photo and scan all three at one time.
Safety suggestion
2023-11-07
by AMZN DRVR
Safety suggestion: Create a “dark mode” for the flex app. The bright background of the flex app is very hard on the eyes while driving and delivering after dark. In some cities and counties, it is illegal to drive with a light on at night while in the car because of how hard it is for the eyes to focus on other vehicles, signs, and road hazards. The bright white background of the FLEX app makes it difficult to refocus on the road and on obstacles while driving and delivering in the dark. Please make an effort to change this incredibly dangerous part of the flex app.
The bright white background of the FLEX app is dangerous while approaching homes at night; it drowns out surrounding vision making it difficult to see oncoming obstacles, such as steps and curbs. More so, it also makes it very difficult to see potential threats such as a stranger approaching or a dog approaching in the dark while delivering on foot. Please make an effort to change this incredibly dangerous part of the FLEX app.
I have tripped and fallen twice while delivering packages at night while using the FLEX app. I have also been approached by strangers at night while using the FLEX app to complete a delivery. Due to the bright white background of the flex app, I was not able to see these hazards or potentially dangerous situations while delivering. Please make an effort to change this incredibly dangerous part of a FLEX app.
much improved, but needs Night Mode for driving safety

Expanded Driver Support Self Help menus are a great improvement — opportunities to resolve the delivery issues we encounter quickly, in-app, without calling support is really helpful — phone support is generally great, but since routes typically require zero hiccups in order for us to finish on time, calling support can use up too much of our block time and force unpaid overtime, not to mention cell reception can be poor and require is to drive 15 min to get a signal, then 15 on the phone w support, then another 15 to return to deliver location. . Reporting permanently closed roads and permanently locked driveways to housing complexes doesn't seem to do anything. I’ve reported the same closures over an over again and a year later AmazonFlex still tries to send me down the same, still closed, routes. . MOST IMPORTANTLY AmazonFlex really really really needs Night Mode. Days are short right now and most available shifts are at night. Currently AmazonFlex is too bright and makes it too hard to see road and potential obstacles, like people n stuff. This is a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE that must be addressed! Please please please add this feature! . Cheers,
Very bad application was better before entering AmazonFlex Store you can not work with it is wasted a lot of time the GPS navigator does not work is out of time has many errors, suddenly the application closes must be constantly restarting it really is a failure if you want to make your deliveries well it costs you a lot of time you must work hard making improvements in it because it is a chaos to make the deliveries at the moment it works really badly for me it does not have qualification I mean for those who have iPhone this application is very bad this application .

I dropped off two packages yesterday. Scanned both of them. Handed one to the customer and dropped the other on the front porch for the other customer(took the picture). I have a block right now and it shows that I attempted to deliver the two packages yesterday. I called support and they said the packages show as missing. How is AmazonFlex saying it comes up as missing or attempted when I scanned them both and to my convenience they were the last two then my shift ended so it was easy to remember that, AmazonFlex asked me the questions it always asks after you finish your block. So I call support just now and they can’t even call the customer to confirm that they received their packages? Now I gotta wait for that automated email to tell me I did something wrong and that’s final on their end. P.s it said I picked the two packages up at 5:13pm at the station(milford,MA) and attempted to drop them off at 5:13pm (warren,RI) lol. So I drove an hour away from the station and dropped two packages off, all that in less than a minute.
Everything is terrible
2024-11-14
by Really Frustrated Driver
If I could give AmazonFlex a zero star I would. It uses a ton of battery, makes my phone super hot, the GPS is terrible, and it loses connectivity all the time. AmazonFlex tries directing me down closed or dead end roads (or driveways thinking it’s a road), the arrow when I’m driving down the road is sideways or upside down, it tries taking me off the highway through a town and back to the same highway FOR THE SAME STOP, and has the worst routing when doing the quickest and shortest routes. I have been directed back to the same street that I was on previously to drop off a different package. The fact that we can’t update our picture is also frustrating because we all change our looks all the time. If we’re that concerned about identification, the station employees can check our ID compared to AmazonFlex picture. Sorry for the rant, but AmazonFlex has only gotten worse over the last few months.
This app is so outdated
2024-11-14
by Theasiandudeguy
Honestly for a company who does all their business through technology, AmazonFlex is pretty terrible. I haven’t seen an app like this since when smartphones first came out. The UI Is very poorly done, the navigation system is from like 2 decades ago, and there are only 3 colors in AmazonFlex . The earnings section is poorly organized as well. Why can’t it just tell you on the main screen how much you’ve made for the current day instead of me having to actually add all the individual earnings up myself. Upgrade AmazonFlex and make it more user friendly. Furthermore, AmazonFlex no longer groups orders. Last night I had a flex delivery and had to make 3 back fourth trips to my car because somehow AmazonFlex thinks that’s more efficient than grabbing every package for that one customer/household. Furthermore, after accounting for the IRS mileage deduction, you’re lucky if you even make minimum wage. I was averaging $10/hr. The minimum wage in my states is $12/hr
Restarts on a delivery

I have been having problems with AmazonFlex since I can remember. It always login me out after I scan the and taken a picture of the packages. Most of the time I’ll be standing at the customer door waiting for AmazonFlex to restart. I have delivery a package to customer and had to knock on there door again just so I can scan the package again. Just a suggestion but it think that AmazonFlex needs to start us from the farthest stop then have us come in. Most of the time it has me working on the local and it takes me out.
My screen goes black. It shutdown on me every delivery. I was on my block and the GPS is horrible. I take pictures and AmazonFlex restarts and I have to wait till it reloads again. I’m always standing and the customers doors or the customer is waiting for the package. I’m standing wait for AmazonFlex to reload...
I used to drive for the flex program. First of all the station I always pick up at in Phoenix Arizona. The employees at the station always give you more than you’re actual scheduled route. A 3 1/2 hour can turn into a 5 hour block. Also the route is always out of order and causes you to go back and forth between the same neighborhood. Another thing is that AmazonFlex always crashes which causes you to keep logging back into AmazonFlex even with the new updates. Lastly just be careful who the supervisor is for the employees because even if you do your job and get as much as you can done they will terminate your contract for returning packages you weren’t able to finish. Being a driver is a risk because you’re using your own car spending majority of the money you make on gas and although the employees aren’t your supervisor or boss they will try to terminate you for doing your job and returning packages that are late. They have their own system to report who they don’t want anymore. And let but not least their have been many drivers who came up to me an told me that they drive around to avoid getting packages before they actually check in and scan their id. So if you see drivers leaving without packages you know why. It’s definitely not fair that they don’t distribute packages and routes to match the time frame and I’ve been one to always get a lot of packages while others get to check in and leave with nothing with pay.
GPS ISSUES
2024-11-14
by Jed608
Since downloading the new app, I have encountered issues with GPS constantly updating while routing. Had a situation where it made me turn and drive 5 miles away, cut thru a small town and reroute back to original highway I was on? If I would have studied the address before the turn, I would have stayed on the same road .. also the navigation isn’t updated enough to know certain Right Turns only, in the downtown area during rush hours, and not to mention where bridges are out or road construction has temporarily shut roads down in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. I have also encountered issues of AmazonFlex freezing up and having to “retry” few times til I have to completely log off AmazonFlex and access AmazonFlex again. Almost as if I had no signal, but showing full bars . Never had near the issues with the old app as I do with the newly updated app with IPhone. Hopefully these comments help ..
Makes it hard to do the job

by Blueyes1976
First, the GPS is horrible. I end up putting every address into google maps because the GPS on AmazonFlex is awful. Second, the screen goes black and then I have to log out and log back in to try and deliver the package. It happened many times delivering the other day. Third, why do I have to log in almost every single time when I’m using AmazonFlex consistently?? And last, the organization of packages within AmazonFlex is okay but could be better. Example, I have an address on a street and saw another one with the same street (lower number) and thought maybe they were in different places since it wasn’t telling me to deliver them at the same time.. nope. Same street and had to come back to it! I hope they’re trying to work on all these kinks in the system because the flex program is great but when AmazonFlex isn’t up to par, it makes it hard to do the job.
App crashes. Gps u turn issues
2024-11-14
by Norragoth
First off this thing kills the battery and the barcode scanners the does it even more. The maps always behind I few hundred feet from a turn and it’s telling me any where from 1/4 - 1/2 a mile make a turn. When ur on a busy roadway this or odd traffic conditions this kills so much delivery time. Next issue is the maps arrowheads seems to always be off . GPS says turn on what ever road I’m near. Not left or right just turn so I look at screen and follow the path. But fifty plus feet later it tells me to turn around . I even get this when I have stops on the side of a road I’m traveling. I’m also haven issue when taking a picture to finalize my delivery. Package is placed over a closed gate . And the I take the picture and AmazonFlex closes now I have to wait for this long reboot plus I need to do the stop all over again. But the package is over the gate so I have to spend more time writing down each (TBA) and type them. Lastly I’ve noticed the gps arrows always facing the wrong direction when I get in to a network or roads or communities. I facing a street but gps to a showing it behind me.
Works, but the GPS is horrible

by Shalylah
Overall AmazonFlex is fine but the GPS is horrible. For example, when I just finish going to somebody’s home I swipe to finish and it tells me to go right and then I go right and it starts rerouting and it says go left. Another example, When I be driving it tells me to turn left or right and it be in be a dead end and I don’t be knowing where to go. It also freezes all the time. There be shorter ways to go to the destination and it always take the long way. It also takes me to a turnpike and when I don’t have to go on a turnpike and pay. And also sometimes it don’t want to scan and it takes so long to scan. Sometimes I have to use another phone and use google maps to get to the destination because AmazonFlex be acting up. But, other than that AmazonFlex is fine.
Since downloading AmazonFlex it has chosen to take me the longest way through Baltimore City during rush hours instead of just taking me around the 695 beltway which has more lanes it is sending me 95 to 395 into the heart of the down town inter harbor at rush hour to deal with city traffic and lights. Twice it has taken me over an hour to get to my first delivery because of this. We have so many more options to get around in the Baltimore metro area and AmazonFlex is choosing the absolute worst way ever. I feel like it should give us a choice for our first delivery to offer us different ways for us to choose from because not always the shortest point between two places is the fastest. Also it seems like I have been losing GPS signal although I have a full set of bars. I’m using AmazonFlex on my IPhone 10 .
Can’t Contact Driver Support in App
2024-11-14
by DV52
Not quite sure which update took out the number for Driver Support, but it’s not there. You can request a call from the Support Center and it never happens. I finally requested the number through an email and put it in my contacts. I have the same issue with AmazonFlex using a lot of battery. I bought smaller power banks so I can plug in and still have mobility. As mentioned in other reviews, it would be nice to be able to reverse the delivery order so you end up closer to where you start. The navigation has improved (at least in the Seattle area), although it still directs you to turn around and head out the same way you came in. That’s pretty much impossible in most Seattle neighborhoods.
Navigation is an issue
2024-11-14
by Kmk427
Overall AmazonFlex is fine, but the navigation has issues. In particular the maps are out of date. At least once a route, offer more than once, it will tell me to go the wrong way on a one way street or turn onto a road that’s been closed for months or even years. It’s frustrating and can be a safety issue. There’s no way to tell AmazonFlex that you can’t use the road, so it will keep trying to take you that way. I have to pull over and enter the address into Waze just to get where I need to go. Also, many routes go into rural areas where there is scattered cell coverage. AmazonFlex won’t work. I am in the middle of nowhere and i can’t mark a package delivered. I try to call support, but of course I can’t because there’s no cell coverage. There should be a way for AmazonFlex to have more info cached.

Thanks for the new updates rolling out! I love that it’s no longer draining my battery at record rates!! I fortunately AmazonFlex shuts down now just after taking a picture of the delivered package. I have to open AmazonFlex back up, wait for it to load the splashscreen, go back to the last delivery, hit travel to again, hit I’ve arrived again, acknowledge I’m at the correct delivery location, scan the package, place it back at the door/wherever, take another picture, and hope it doesn’t close out again. I’m doing all this while standing on a stranger’s doorstep and looking suspect as hell. If I’m lucky, it’s not a locked apartment where I’ve already placed the package and left out of the door. If that happens, I have to go through the process of getting back inside the building in order to rescan. Yes I could call support, but I’d like to cya with the photo proof of delivery instead. Please fix that bug!
Otherwise great updates. Can’t wait for the filter to come my way! Thanks!

Currently my biggest issue is not being able to see routes. I’ve heard that all users are supposed to be able to see the same thing (exclusive of filters), but it seems it’s all or nothing. That has a lot of people frustrated. My other major issue is AmazonFlex crashing mid-delivery. Its always when I’m standing on someone’s porch about to hand them a package or take a photo, of course. Suddenly AmazonFlex closes and I have to wait forever for it to reopen and redo the process. The navigation could still use some work. It’s not very reliable overall and I’ve learned never to use it in an unfamiliar area. I’m glad that there’s an option to use alternative navigation that may be more accurate. It’s kind of a pain to switch back and forth, but not that big of a deal.
The only issues i ran into as far as AmazonFlex is when i swipe to finish a drop off it tells me to “retry”. However I don’t really think that’s an app issue I’m pretty sure its more of a Verizon service issue in some areas. Also when my background came back and i was approved, AmazonFlex was stuck on that screen, then i realized weeks later i could have started after the background check i just needed to delete AmazonFlex and reinstall it to fix the glitch, Really? As far as Flexing they need to be more organized. If you sign up in 1 county you should only drop off in that county. It doesn’t make sense to drop off in other counties. That makes the pay not worth it cause then you can’t cover expenses. These gig economy apps are failing.

I've been deactivated for over a year now for too many cancellations which is weird to me because I don't think I've ever cancelled more than 5 requests. I sent so many emails but got no solution. Last month I decided to use other possible methods to get my account back and a friend recommended Cyberianx, a hacker on telegram who assists people with issues like this. I provided him with my information and my account was reactivated in 48hrs

The app will get me to the customers house but it tells me that I need to start my route when I’m there therefore it doesn’t recognize that I’m at the customers house interna cannot push that I’ve parked in turn I cannot scan packages intern this makes it extremely hard to keep up with 40 something packages without an app how do you take pictures of all the packages that I deliver just for my own records this app is horrible
