I have an earache and was assigned to a doctor named Cesar Sturla who was completely unprofessional. I could tell he did not want to work today, he had his hand on his head as if doing his job was a bore. He did not greet me nor did he ask what was going on. As soon as I told him that I had an earache he ended the telemedicine call. I am not sure if he was racist, overworked, or just plain rude but I believe he should have called off today. When someone is sick they do not need someone who doesn’t care for their patients to help them. He doesn’t need to be apart of this amazing app. I ended up seeing another doctor who was compassionate and listened to watch was actually wrong with me.

I have tried on 3 different occasions for my daughter and all 3 times there has been at least 20 their patients for each dr. I pick one at random on the lower end of people waiting and wait and wait. The number ahead does work its way down and then all of the sudden it will jump from 2 patients to 6. Then 10. Then it will start going down again only to jump several again. One evening we waiting for 25 minutes with 6 people ahead of us. Then it jumped to 12 and ended up kicking me out. I have not even been successful at speaking with a physician. At least they have not tried to bill me.

I’m extremely frustrated with this app. I have my iPad with me, hoping I could do a doctor visit online, but the app insists that each and every one of my payment methods (HSA card, credit cards, debit card, all of which work EVERYWHERE ELSE) is “declined”. My address was typed exactly how it is everywhere else. Not sure if this is just a bug or not, but considering this app is for medical uses it’s pretty awful that it isn’t functioning properly and that I cannot get the medical care I need.
