Trying out the new frame before I give to my mother. All other functions work except video call. Using the exact same strong Xfinity internet in my house, the call would be blank for the receiving end on both the frame and my phone. It stated on the frame that the receiving image was “unstable”, even though both my frame and phone were functioning properly and my internet was running at high streaming rates

I down loaded the app to my android phone. I was able to send a picture to the smart frame. Tried to send another picture and I keep getting "HTTP 504 gateway time" out message. I tried closing the app and re-starting my phone but I keep getting the same message. How do I fix this issue?

Our frame now says UI not working. I have unplugged it and left it alone, but the message still comes up on the screen. Any suggestions?
