This is a terrible product. If you try to use a usb it works but overheats. If you try to use the internet route using your pc only allows for five pics max to get downloaded before shutting down in error. Same issue when trying to transfer via phone and your lucky if they save to the device or app... Show more at all. Checked to see if it was my WiFi. My WiFi is not the problem. Trying to transfer pictures in general using this app or the picture frame device is terrible. It would serve better as a table weight than anything picture related. Extremely disappointed in this garbage product returning now.

Tried using it but it says it couldn’t find the device. Searched up and down to figure out how to put photos on the digital frame and all I accomplished was running in circles.
This frame was a Christmas gift but I’m at the point where I’m throwing it in the garbage instead of returning it becau... Show more se this thing has frustrated me enough to demolish it with a sledgehammer and no one should be put through that much of a headache.
This is actually a zero star product for how ultimately useless it is. Save your money and avoid everything this brand has been near.

This app is poorly made. When you type something in the fields to create an account you can’t even see the letters you’re typing. The instructions are useless. The photos I uploaded won’t even show up in the gram and it’s been over an hour. Not sure what the standard is. But this is ridiculous. I t... Show more ried uploading the original file and the non-original file. Still doesn’t work so it isn’t a size issue. It shouldn’t be a format issue either because that would defeat the whole purpose of sending photos from your iPhone and into the frame.
