So the basic functions of the ap are simple and work mostly my issue is that after getting a new device and phone number I was unable to use the account. I called and they couldn’t help me get in to account and told me the only way was to create a new account with a new email address. I’ve used the same email address for a long time and only have one. While not a huge deal to create a new email it just seems stupid that I had to at all. Looking for a new prepaid card because of it. Customer service was a joke also

I was advised at a this app location. to have a Western Union transfer loaded to an Xpectations card, because this way I would not need to pay in order to have the money deposited in my bank account. The card did not work at my bank and the only solution the store manager gave me was to be charged 1% of the toral amount in order to be able to get my money. This is unacceptable for no one should pay to receive a Western Union transfer. The sender already paid to send the money. I left a voice mail and I sent an email to this app and got no response! My advice: Don’t use this service

I like the idea of conveniently looking at my card balance, card usage history, making card changes like account info,transfer,Freeze card etc. BUT PLS barely works. It says all the time “Error Retrieving cards” so you have to continuously refreshing the screen until the correct screen comes up. Then once your in , it’s no problem. It’s just getting to the actual card on PLS . When you try to call the customer service they’ll say “we don’t control PLS ”

Becuase I would love it to be able to send money to other people and transfer money to my cash app or chime account and cannot do anything at all with it not even pay my online PayPal bills at all either so I don’t like it at all ..
also charges for every transaction you make $1 it’s not a very good card at all you can only transfer from this app card to this app card. Which makes no sence so not very happy at all

PLS would be so much better if I will be able to use the scan for my face at all times instead of just two or three days. It’s so annoying, sometimes I don’t have time to type in info, also I’ve tried over an over to receive notifications that I have money an I have to Leo checking until there’s my funds. Please please fix this.

this app is a great outlet for people like myself without a credit card or cards and or a bank account. PLS allows its users to keep track of their money.
My biggest complaint with PLS is that their is no (easy) way I can find to move money from the this app “Expectations Card” to another card or account. I’m pretty sure there used to be an option on PLS or website for moving money.
Besides that, this is a very good app to have. Especially, if you often use your card for online shopping.

I like PLS , love the service I receive whenever I’m in the store. My only concern is PLS advertising that the store has notary services when it doesn’t. I have always known for this app to have one available and this is inconvenient. Please take down this part of PLS as it may save the company time having to answer a call for users to check.

So I added money to my this app card and I need to make a payment for a shed. Unfortunately, the shed people are telling me that they’re going to charge me extra money to use a credit card/debit card. Since there are other cash apps that have the ability to have a routing number, etc., is it possible to do this with this app as well?

this app really saved my business after my purse was stolen and they were able to cash a check for me because I was already in their system whereas Chase Bank wouldn’t cash the check even though I had an account with them and they had seen me hundreds and hundreds of times. I appreciate the way that this app is able to keep their customers moving financially.

I wish I understood the fee structure better so that I could account for that reduction in my money.

I have no issues with PLS . It’s been great at what it does. I do have a couple of suggestions that I feel would make it better. Number one would be to update the pay dates for the direct express more often so that people who use direct express can know when they’re money is coming in. Also maybe make it to where you can move money to and from another banking institution. Otherwise this this app app is efficient.

With credit rating all shot to pieces the this app service allows meself to remain a player to online $ transactions $ #relief

Amazing to think of millions of electronic zeros and ones traveling from New York to California and back again literally at the snap of the fingers. Totally cool what an iPhone, a computer, and a corporation or two can accomplish. Cheers.

So I used my routing and account numbers to transfer my money from MY WALLET TO MY EXPECTATION CARD AND MY MONDAY MORNING my money was available. I also called after I had sent it and the representative said THEY DO NIT SUPPORT THAT FEATURE! Welp she didn’t know what she was talking about because they do so they hv a customer for life. I heard they’ll be cards with chips on coming soon.

PLS is really easy to manage and take account of any transactions pretty quickly, The staff at the stores are amazing too , always end up with Herman a customer service representative from a this app store on 51st and Indian school rd Phx Az. Always great support, quick and easy to talk to and gets things done fast. Always asks if i need anything else and is very friendly!

I really love PLS it’s a secure way to save your money aside from your bank account it’s very secure the customer service staff is always available should you need them and it gives you the ability to freeze your account when not being used to protect your funds in case you lose your card or it gets stolen. I give 2 thumbs up

I just received my card I’m using PLS and it works just great . One feature I love is you have an actual bank statement and by pushing a button you can freeze or unfreeze your card . So far it’s a great mobile banking also what’s great you can load up to $2500 a day at any this app 24/7 locations 🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾👌🏾

I had a hard time with it at first PLS itself, but after a while, I was able to get into it and use it. I like it a lot. It doesn't take me three hours to figure out how much money I have in the back because it's been a busy week and everybody's sick and blah blah blah I like it.

I love PLS because your able to check your funds right away and don’t have to call and wait for to go through the automated prompt to hear your balance. Very nice have it just a click away

It was just what i needed
(Something that will make it better would be the fingerprint password on PLS would make everything faster) but its a good app its better than calling and taking 10 minutes to check your balance.

We should be able to get notifications about deposits. Make it seem a bit more modern? I don’t really expect much since this isn’t ran by a major bank, but everyone mobile banks, just suggesting to update that issue!

I have been a customer to the Expectations Card for more than 9 year I had the original orange this app card, and still going strong with my account to which is had been active all these years. I give this app Expectations Card 5 stars. Keep up the excellent services. HAPPY CUSTOMER!
