This is the worst app I have ever used. My quote has not started manufacturing yet, and my dealer asked me to register the account. I thought it would be a nice experience just like the process of buying a Tesla, but I’m definitely Wrong.
By the way, China appears as “Cina” in MyFerrari , which costs me minutes to make sure this is the region I have to choose. I cannot tap anywhere as I wanted because MyFerrari doesn’t respond. After 10 minutes of filling information, right before I clicked “submit”, MyFerrari crashed. And I gonna started all over. Seriously? I sincerely suggest you firing all software engineers who create MyFerrari, and find any outsourcing company in India or China to re-do the project. You will surprisingly find out the cheap rate of outsourcing while at the same time a much more fluent and nice user experience a app can be!
Almost all other car companies have features that are useful.
No tracking the location of your car.
No stats on gas, miles driven, unlock/lock.
For a car that can be driven on a track you don’t get anything in app to record driving stats.
Basic features that should be in MyFerrari are not available.
MyFerrari forced an update and since then there are no documents available for my car, including the Operator’s Manual which I need (and the cool video of my car being built is no longer there as well). Help!
I have waited two years for the car I ordered. I recently received a message that I could view the photos of the car in production. When I go to the website, I receive a message that says page not found. So frustrating. Very low quality service from Ferrari. Very poor sales quality from the dealership as well.
After going around and around with trying to join/log in....I’m giving up since it doesn’t accept my info, won’t email or text new pin when requested new pin via email and phone. So....I’m done. Love my real Ferrari - but MyFerrari needs help.
MyFerrari is totally garbage. Ferrari is the pinnacle of car manufacturers. It’s above all others but MyFerrari is probably the worst I’ve ever used. It’s so slow, I constantly have to login 3 to 5 times before it loads. MyFerrari is not informative to my car, it’s should show me tracking, fuel, service, unlock and locking of doors. You should take a look at the Mercedes Me Connect and learn something from it.
So I got MyFerrari cause I lowkey wanted to be able to start some of my 8 Ferraris remotely you know cause I don’t always wanna carry around my Ferrari keys cause I’m humble like that fr so I was just trying to get it to work and when I pressed start on MyFerrari it started the wrong Ferrari and woke up my girlfriend (she’s Sydney Sweeney btw) so I’m kinda pressed about that but yk I’m a forgiving guy so I forgive the developers and ima give it a 2 star smh 🤦♂️
The configurator is nice, great resolution and 360 views. My garage function lets you spend time to enter all your data, forces you to upload registration (intrusive, why is that needed if you already enter the vin?) and then fails to connect to server and all your entry is lost.
Too slow in its motion.
The updated app works great. It gives me real time information on the battery and all the other important diagnostics for a very digital experience bravo Ferrari.
I love care tracking from very inception till even after you done with it. It's just amazing
I travel frequently, and used to worry about the charge status of the battery on my 296GTS. MyFerrari gives me the ability to check battery status and provides peace of mind when I’m traveling!
The Ferrari App connects to my 296 gts and gives status of critical parameters such as battery charge level. Great that Ferrari is thinking ahead on vehicle maintenance and readiness.

MyFerrari is like the satellite radio in all of my 488’s or the navigation in every Ferrari... they just do NOT work.
So throw out MyFerrari ... it is like my ex ... an absolutely horrid user experience.
Really like the new Ferrari App. The new connect function to my SF90 Spider is pretty cool too! Have to explore it a bit more.
This Ferrari app is the perfect place for everything Ferrari. I can book VIP Ferrari events and anything Ferrari.

Great app has really improved
MyFerrari is very helpful to keep up with Ferrari. Allows me to check in and make sure all good with my car when I’m out of town and just regular day to day items. Lets you know that your car is safe to drive also!
