Every time I try to schedule an appointment i go thru and select the service and the tech and the date and the time, then hit the schedule button at the end and it says online scheduling unavailable at this time. Try again later. Been like this for a week! But then at the start of the process it says online service IS available. Please fix!!

After purchasing a Chrysler 200 I downloaded ChryslerForOwners to check on the service record history, vehicle specific features, etc. well I couldn’t see any records until proving ownership of the car.
After submitting a picture of a support agent told me to allow 24-48 hours for ChryslerForOwners to update. Seeing as how that was a month ago and no change in what I’m able to view I would assume that it’s safe to say nothing was done.
I’ve tried to reach out several times to get this issue resolved, not a single response. I’m deleting ChryslerForOwners because it’s a waste of time. Horrible experience, because of that I will never buy another Chrysler moving forward.

Had a somewhat rocky start: its camera did not read the VIN and I had to enter it manually.
I did and then it “found my vehicle”.

Then it asked for a nickname for it. As there was no option to skip that test I chose a nickname.

And then: nothing. Rock bottom it is.

You can’t move away from that page. Scrolling, shrinking, rotating or closing ChryslerForOwners do not help: it does not move and then reopens right there again.

I have spent 20 minutes of my life so that I can open ChryslerForOwners and stare at the newly christened nickname any time I want.

A nice app to keep track of maintenance schedules, recalls, etc.

Some details are lacking, however . When attempting to get instructions for Bluetooth pairing, ChryslerForOwners asks questions about your vehicle and phone. However, ChryslerForOwners doesn’t seem to know that Apple makes phones. What’s with that?

Fine app, BUT: What’s the difference between using MyChrysler and the Mopar Companion apps? They look identical!

I love the style and the comfort of this vehicle. We have the limited. It runs beautifully. One problem however is with the bus. Twice it has ceased functioning on us. That takes away the radio and other computer related functions. Such as the back up camera etc. Without this problem I would rate it five stars.

I like the car but I feel there is too much roar noise at the front end. Also the front suspension seems noisy when going over bumps.

Only went there once for a couple recalls on my 300 AE . Service timing was pretty accurate. And it worked out for me!

This minivan has everything that I need! It has served as a moving van, a taxi for children, and a napping room to quiet fussy little ones! Our grandchildren cry if they cannot ride in the Pacifica. We all love it! I would extremely recommend this car to anyone who carries a lot of belongings or has children riding with them!

My Chrysler 2015, 200c, blue fire. This is what I call my baby. I used to drive a 2003 olds alero with transmission problems, I did that for 10 long months, until one day I had it. When to a used car dealer to “see” another car. My Chrysler had just arrive to the lot when I see it, I felt in love with it. The sun was hitting it and thru the glass it looked like a blue flame.
My 200 has all I need to travel on the road with ease. Heated seats, tilt steering, cruise control, gps, a great sound system and best of all the power. V6 engine. So far no problems with it. A little vibration when over 90 mph but thats the tires need balancing. Overall its a great buy.
