So for some reason, you get no less than three different apps when you buy a Jeep. The only one of them that’s of any use whatsoever is Uconnect, which does not work with Wranglers - so if you go from a GC to a Wrangler, for example, say goodbye to your super convenient health check dashboard. MoparOwnersCompanion doesn’t remember login info and the schedule system for maintenance appears to be broken. Was able to register and load my car info from my dealer. Thought MoparOwnersCompanion was decent...probably because I only used it to look through the store and How-to videos. I spend a few hours entering maintenance records data into the system. After initialing allowing me to do so, it stopped accepting records. Then, it deleted all the data I had entered. However, when I went back in to resume entering data, it would not allow me to do so. I called back a second time, and was put on perpetual hold. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with both MoparOwnersCompanion and the customer service.

The theory of MoparOwnersCompanion is great. However, when it comes to making appointments at a dealership, it falls VERY short. If there are specific things that I need to have them look at and they aren’t listed in the prepopulated selections, there IS an “Other Services” selection. But when I f... To include the fact that I was going to wait for my vehicle. There also needs to be a “Rental Required” drop down selection that MoparOwnersCompanion doesn’t have. Until these fixes are implemented, you are better off just calling the dealership and scheduling your appointment months out, as they all seem to be short rentals as well.

I went through the process of setting up a service using MoparOwnersCompanion . It said the dealership could pick up and drop off my Jeep. I had MoparOwnersCompanion rated as 5 stars at first. I was able to keep all maintenance records updated on app. Went to dealer fir a recall and they were able to see all the work completed. Suddenly, I went to add a maintenance entry and all my records were deleted except for the dealer entries. ... I downloaded MoparOwnersCompanion to hopefully manage and track maintenance schedules and at the very least look at the owners manual for my truck. I like that I can access my owners manual using MoparOwnersCompanion but scheduling service on iPhone X iOS 14.5.1 is a no-go. Can’t select anything from the service advisor forward. It’s annoying that each time I open MoparOwnersCompanion I have to select the gasoline option to see my maintenance plan. App sounds like a great product, but can’t seem to find my VIN or contact info in their database to tell me what vehicle I have or any of my service visits... and all of my service has been done by The dealer.

Show more en restarting MoparOwnersCompanion , my vehicle was somehow loaded along with all my service records... so if your having problems, remove MoparOwnersCompanion from memory and start MoparOwnersCompanion over.

Service schedule options at the bottom of the screen won’t load and is stuck with a loading circle after I scheduled a service appointment.

It’s an ok app but I haven’t found it useful.

What is particularly annoying to me is that the “sign on” credentials are shared across three other apps and if you can’t remember the password it creates a cascade of changes due to the dependency. Show more selecting a new password they restrict “special” characters and the error warning doesn’t include all of the characters that are in the restricted list. Which is sloppy and silly programming.

I think Mopar is awesome, it is easy to navigate and easy to make appointments. It also lists the options which is nice because there are things that one wouldn’t necessarily think of checking when you drop your car off for service.

Enjoying my car to the fullest except I can’t seem to convince the agent and technician that my speakers are blown. This happened a few days after buying my car. This is the third time . The first time one speaker was replaced

I like it because you sometimes can’t get ahold of service or a service advisor. Would be great if you could pay for the service you need ahead of time before you get to the dealership 👍🏿

App is easy to figure out and I like having a maintenance schedule on my phone. Assistance with scheduling maintenance appointments through list of available dealers in my area. Dealer coupons. Can’t choose Cummins Engine for my service schedule and there is no manual on the Cummins Engine. It’s all 6.4 related. MoparOwnersCompanion does me no good at this point. It was working great.

MoparOwnersCompanion works so far. The only thing I don’t like is if your FCA vehicle doesn’t come from the factory with remote start, you can’t remote start your car even though you have a MOPAR remote start system installed. Keep getting recall notices but never for my vehicle. All recall for mine is done but yet I still get notifications to the contrary. Takes my picture away and will not allow me to replace it. MoparOwnersCompanion is fine I wish it would give me the whole history of my car but my main concern is that the uconnect app is useless and the one you provide in the my mopar app isn’t available in the United States

It appears to need me to sign in almost every time, however the searchable and visual owners manual is nice. It appears to function well enough and answered a lot of quick questions about the vehicle.

When I go on MoparOwnersCompanion to look at the records of my car it’s saying that there is not a owner to the car but I called dodge/Mopar and they said my name Karen Gomez is on file as owner of the car can you please fix this

We have contacted the jeep dealership in Ruston Louisiana concerning this issue.

We were told that we cannot get the service to correct the driveshaft issue until a recall has been issued!<... Show more br>

The service department at Courtesy Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram Dealership in Ruston, Louisiana advised us that jeep has a planned recall!

So far MoparOwnersCompanion has not disappointed me at all. It has been very prompt to inform me of key recalls for my vehicle.

I wished it had more to offer, like user notes for the service department to be aware of.

It’s the most amazing ride. Really want to update to a Hellcat. But they don’t have Phantom Black Tri Coat. I’ll wait for that color again....maybe. In 2015 the 392 needed the 275 size tires. That’s the only disappointment is lack of traction.

What a great way to connect and make changes to your Jeep, make service records updates, schedule oil change/ repairs and much more.
