From start to finish FlybuyPickup worked perfectly. We said we were heading out to pick up our purchase, gave ddscription of our car, and FlybuyPickup did the rest, kerping track of our car until we got to the store. Wife got out of vehicle and store clerk was already walking out with items. Couldn’t ask for more. MUCH better process than before where you had to call in when you got there and then wait for 5-10 minutes.

This super app takes care of all the minutia and details to do with picking up your ordered meal. It’s so smooth, automated and useful, it’s hard to overstate. Taking the stress and uncertainty of what’s going to happen, being able to communicate that you’re on your way, then arrived (which it also deduces out automatically. Fantastic!

This was so easy!!! I ordered fabric online and it was cut and ready to go so quickly( within a hour of ordering). I did an online order at a Joanns in GA and the wait time for the fabric to be cut and ready for pick up was almost 2 days. The staff at the Greensburg, PA Joann’s are awesome and would highly recommend purchasing your supplies there!!!

My husband is sick at home I needed some soup. I was incredibly busy at work but was able to order online, pick up at his food and the lady walked out with my food as I pulled into the parking spot! I thought it was very rude to send me a voicemail telling me I had to pick up my package before I even saw an email telling me to come pick it up. The email was sent on Thanksgiving day and then today which is the day after Thanksgiving I get a rude voicemail telling me if I don’t pick it up it goes back on the shelf. Where is the time constraint that tells me you have so many days in which to pick it up. You did not do that

I love the ease of grocery shopping from my own home. Occasionally, there won’t be an item I need on the website, but I can always ask a sales associate if it is in stock. I’ve had Lowe’s To Go for several years and it is certainly worth the annual fee. Thanks to all the Lowe’s personal shoppers!

This was my first time using FlyBuy. It was very user friendly; I hardly had to do anything. FlybuyPickup told me exactly what to do; I didn’t have to make a call to Joann’s, as they knew I was there from my location. They brought my order out to the car. Voila! Done and on my way back home!

Great app! It would be better for multi car families to be able to save multiple vehicles and be able to choose the vehicle you are using to pick up your order.

The ap notified the store when we arrived and while I was trying to figure out where I should have parsed - someone came out of the store with our order - I showed proof of purchase - the order was placed in the car and we were off.

FlybuyPickup and this Applebee’s location has the car side to go and enjoyable experience. I wish all the other companies used your system.. I order often from Applebee’s because you make it easy

When I started using Flybuy about a year ago there’s seemed to be a lot of flukes and bugs in it, seemed like it never worked quite right.
NOW however it looks like changes have been made, and FlybuyPickup works like a charm. I love it.

Amazing and fast service!!! Once I clicked the button to indicate I was present, the rep was there to bring out my food less than 20 secs. I looked up and there she was. It was fast, professional and friendly service.

After looking at Lowe’s Foods website and seeing FlybuyPickup recommended I download it. Where do I select my merchant? Where do I input my order number? Where do I link my Lowe’s Foods account? Beyond ridiculous, there is nothing here, what; a pile of garbage!!! I tap on App support link on FlybuyPickup Store page and everything there is about supporting the merchant & absolutely nothing about supporting the user. My fart apps that littered FlybuyPickup Store when it first opened were more useful than FlybuyPickup!!

Our shopper, Angela, was right out to our vehicle! She was friendly and efficient. My husband and I shopped at this store regularly when it was Albertsons and before COVID-19. I was so excited to find that your store is offering this service. Thank you so much!

This is so convenient and easy for the older citizens . You never have to wait but a few minutes before some nice clerk brings out your order. Thank you Lowe’s for taking care of the seniors. And mothers with small children.

Had a slight problem with FlybuyPickup not working right,an api connection issue, but it fixed itself and worked fine and we got our food promptly when we arrived .

The lady that loaded my groceries was such a pleasure to talk with . She asked about my family and when I told her about my health she said she prays the Lord gives me good health. What a blessing she was to me today !! Just what I needed!!! I think her name was Kelly! She has a special heart for people !

Wow!!Just got our Indian food order from Tarka and I couldn’t be more pleased! Everything was completely efficient and quick don’t hesitate to use FlybuyPickup and can’t say enough about the staff at the restaurant!

I ordered some fabric for a Christmas tree skirt I am anxious to get started on. It was ready for curbside pickup in less than an hour! The nice lady was waiting in front of the store for me. Now I can get busy!
