Pretty graphics and design, but certain features are glitchy. The cart feature was inconsistent, and didn’t save updates in between browsing and shopping —I removed an item from my cart multiple times, but every time I added a new item and went back to view the cart, the item I removed was back. I also made a few unsuccessful attempts to add an item to my cart (response was that my cart was empty), only to close francescas and come back to the same item added to my cart three times.

Search could be improved as well — there should be a “view all” option under categories. For instance, I had to view each frame shape individually for sunglasses because there was no “show all sunglasses” option).

Excited that Francesca’s finally has an app, but perhaps make sure it works before releasing it to the public. Seems like I’ll be shopping on the website for a little longer.

App looks nice but doesn’t function the way it should. You Can’t log into your profile to see your favorited items and you can’t view any information on your order. Now with the new website revamp (that is a lot slower and inefficient), i was hoping francescas would be a better experience. But francescas is lacking a lot of the major functionalities that would make using francescas worth it. In my opinion using francescas right now is no different than using a browser to shop the store. Both are very slow and not effective. Such a shame because this is my favorite store, love their clothes but it’s just not functional and makes me not want to shop online or through francescas .

I agree with the other review so far. There should be a “view all” option under the categories. This is usually the first thing I go to on the website to look at all new items. Can you please also separate the this app collection from the Franki collection in the new section?
My “bag” is also having a lot of errors and trouble. Lastly, I think a great feature to add is being able to login in francescas so your favorites are both on the website and in francescas . Looking forward to when francescas is improved!

I’m so happy there’s finally an app! One of the most annoying things though if you have to delete items in your cart that you no longer want multiple times, even upon closing francescas and reopening. It’s very annoying and doesn’t seem to save your most up-to-date cart. Please fix and then francescas will be much better!!!

It’s a decent app, and nice to be able to see sales with a tap, but you can’t browse all clothing or general categories like you can on the website. The menu forces you to choose the most specific category possible to browse. You also can’t sign in to your own account to see orders or other data. I thought it’d be convenient to browse merchandise, but I’m deleting because of functionality.

Great to see francescas coming! It resembles the site itself but certain functions are not yet at par with it. Two things I noted by interacting with francescas for few minutes are:

1. Track order - shipping look up- it will show the tracking number but navigation to the provider is not in place

2. User is unable to create an account so the interaction is more personal

Again I understand that this is a quick response to needs caused by cov19 and I am looking forward for future enhancements. Thanks for the effort put into this so far! Being Agile is the way to go!

App glitches. When you leave francescas and come
Back it doubles everything in cart so you need to change quantity on at a time. Once you get to checkout it takes stuff out even though still says in stock. Then a day later they cancel the rest you paid for because they sell more than they have. Get it together and list only what you have.

The Ap seems to be missing the feature to connect to my this app account. I reset my password and was able to access my account from my email- but when I reroute to the Ap - I lose the ability to go back and review past orders... am I doing something wrong?

I love their jewelry, but francescas works terrible for me! Even after clearing my tabs and shutting my phone down the cart adds back everything I remove, and it won’t let me add anything. So every time I switch from my bag to my likes it puts everything I removed from bag back and won’t let me add anything else! Y’all need to fix francescas it is so glitchy and super frustrating. 1⭐️

Has been needing improvement for months now. I won’t be shopping online anymore because it is so difficult to do so.
The worst part is the cart feature, which dosent always let me add products that I want and when I remove products, then they appear again next time I open my cart.

Love the store but not francescas . You have to delete things from your cart multiple times and it still comes back. Now the issue that I’m having is not being able to add new things to my cart.

Photos don’t show up, and when i click to shop and choose a category it says its failed to load. My friends does the same thing at her house. I really wanted to buy some things but i can’t due to the website

Can’t keep cart update. Can only take items out of cart, can’t add new items to cart. I could overlook the glitches before, but now francescas practically isn’t usable.

Love Francesca’s and their brand! Their app is just horrible... shopping cart won’t keep updates, and it’s hard to actually make a purchase on francescas because of that.

So convenient and easy to use!

App is slow and glitchy, the website always has been too

francescas glitches ridiculously. Nothing loads properly. The actual website works great but francescas needs a lot of work.

Every time I use francescas, put things in my cart or add things to my wishlist or “loved” list, it kicks it out. Not efficient and a waste of time.

Half the time when I try to get on it I can’t get anything to load, it just says error
