After looking at Lowe’s Foods website and seeing this app recommended I download it. Where do I select my merchant? Where do I input my order number? Where do I link my Lowe’s Foods account? Beyond ridiculous, there is nothing here, what; a pile of garbage!!! I tap on App support link on the App Store page and everything there is about supporting the merchant & absolutely nothing about supporting the user. My fart apps that littered the App Store when it first opened were more useful than this app!!

I thought it was very rude to send me a voicemail telling me I had to pick up my package before I even saw an email telling me to come pick it up. The email was sent on Thanksgiving day and then today which is the day after Thanksgiving I get a rude voicemail telling me if I don’t pick it up it goes back on the shelf. Where is the time constraint that tells me you have so many days in which to pick it up. You did not do that

From start to finish this app worked perfectly. We said we were heading out to pick up our purchase, gave ddscription of our car, and the app did the rest, kerping track of our car until we got to the store. Wife got out of vehicle and store clerk was already walking out with items. Couldn’t ask for more. MUCH better process than before where you had to call in when you got there and then wait for 5-10 minutes.
