First off, Alex & Marty are amazing at what they do. The products they choose are great quality & always in style. The app makes the shopping experience sooooooo much easier!! You literally just add what you want to your cart & pay right there! The customer service is amazing as well. I had a question about something & they got back to me within an hour. They’re always super helpful with sizing & are completely honest when it comes to each product. If they don’t feel something is high quality, they won’t sell or if it’s a highly requested item they will but they will clearly mention in the description that it is not good quality at all. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience amazing & for the fabulous clothes!

Great shopping app run by an amazing family. Everything from filtering searches to find items, to adding to your cart, to pre-authorizing or waitlisting items, to checking out, is a breeze. Any questions? No problem- their team gets back to you so fast and works just as tirelessly to get your items out to you in a timely manner. Said items are always packed with the utmost care no matter what they may be- and with Freckled Poppy you may be ordering so much that you’ll lose track of what it is you’re getting anyway.

The Laigles and the Freckled Poppy team are absolutely amazing. They put so much time and effort into making sure we have affordable, top quality items. I love the fit videos! This is one of the only places I shop at because of the customer service. Thank y’all for being awesome, and for making me excited about shopping again.
