My FB feed is littered with promo offers from this group. So I joined and took advantage of one of their promos only to find that they had no intention of honoring that. Even though I opted in and joined under that premise, they weaseled out of honoring the promotion. When I brought it up to them, expecting good people to honor what was obviously their mistake-they shot me down. Then when I asked to my withdraw my deposit, they denied it!! After another request for them to honor the deal-they cancelled my account without notification while retaining my money! Only after a couple weeks did I find out my account is cancelled and I was able to successfully request my money. What a sham! Avoid at all costs. Seriously, I use two other books far more easily without a single hitch!

Overall Borgata and performance is good. If you are just getting into sports betting, it can easily be learned on Borgata. The problem I have is with their incentives for signing up. I signed up before the Super Bowl under the impression that I would get $100 in free bets if I bet on the game. I did, and this app Sports gave me two $50 bets. When I used the first $50 free bet, I won the bet and was not returned the stake + profit, only the profit. This was a classic bait and switch move. I was disappointed to find out that this app uses this tactic. Draft Kings and Fan Dual always pay you the stake + profit on free/promotional bets. I will no longer use this app for sports betting.

They fooled me. Told me I’ll get $50. Then it says “we put $50 in your wallet” it’s not there, I downloaded Borgata and sign up and didn’t receive my bonus. It’s not right to mislead people so they can download your app. Not spending a single penny tho so you getting nothing out of me asides the sign up and a now deleted app.

Worst part is the customer service. Oh yeah they have it dont they. But you can only pick out of their options and have to just accept their answers. You can’t even directly talk to someone or submit a ticket for a later conversation about the problem.

Borgata shows no mercy and is just money hungry.

This is the worst sporting app out there. The sports lines are not in line with others which are available. Not that you look for or root for a push but lines are never +/- .0 always has a hook that you can never buy down. Their casino app is no good. Save your money. I get a casino and sports app is going to make money for the house but there is no winning no matter what game you play. Blackjack...be prepared for having a 12 over and over again against a face card. Or better the dealer getting 21’s 3 out of 4 hands consistently. Stick to other gaming sites as this app is behind other sports books available.

Easy and user friendly site that has a variety of different bets to choose from.

I use to enjoy this book until they took my earnings that involved a deposit match offer. I placed a wager hours before the expiration time, which was the stated requirement, and the event was over the same day. I was told that the wager didn’t settle until 2 hours after the event which was outside of the expiration offer. No one can explain to me why the event wasn’t settled after the game was over and I continue to ask several individuals the terms and conditions and do not get an answer.

The option to make a deposit is so bold; I tried to withdraw my money and accidentally made a deposit. The withdraw option is not even highlighted just plain text; and it’s under the cashier option. To deposit money it’s instant; they’ll take your money in a heartbeat. But if you wanted to withdraw; if you manage to find the option. You can only do it by check which takes a month. Horrible sports betting; I’m gonna stick with fanduel which allows me to withdraw my funds quickly and don’t trick people.

I gave it three stars because all it does is freeze and it has a lot of problems. But the lines for the under a way more favorable and the totals are better than other books. I’m in process with my first withdrawal. Why I still give it 3. If they would just fix Borgata it would have 5

Let me tell you about this horrible sports betting app. It got 1 start cause I couldn’t give it zero. The odds are way off. Borgata takes forever to load. Try and bet during the games forget it. You betslip changes and you’re stuck with half the bet you were looking at. No confirmation that the odds changed while placing and still wanted to continue. Stick with a reputable betting site like DraftKings and Fanduel. Don’t waste your money here at this app sports.

Wow I have every sports book in Borgata but this is the worst and a scam. It takes your deposit and then shows a 0 balance in the system! You call for their customer care and they say u have to wait days for a response!!? What a joke. The attorney generals office will like to hear about this if it keeps happening. I advise everyone not use this!

They don’t tell you when you set up your account and give an out of state address that you have to be within the state lines of New Jersey. Then they hold your deposit hostage and yell at you for trying to place a bet outside of state lines and threaten to take “executive” action against you.

Just started using this app sports app. Like the bonuses offered, good selection and excellent customer service. Odds are attractive on less heavily bet sports

It freezes constantly there is no search feature so you will have to scroll through a whole Saturday lineup of college games to find what your looking for instead of having a search option also logs you out all the time

Getting better. I like this promos and odds are not to bad. They have gotten much better with costumer service. I think there should be less clicking to get to some of the lines.

A few of the parts of the Sportsbook don’t work, the cash out feature does not work some of the time; cost me 100 when I wanted to cash out, said it was eligible and the button didn’t work cause if some tech issue; there’s better books out there with better lines and better apps

There is a required location download that no longer works even in NJ. The file that downloads is a dng file which is for a MAC not a mobile devices. Three devices, two accounts, all dead in the water. I assume this app will see they are not getting bets and figure this out. Meanwhile we will bet somewhere else.

Trying to sign up and it won’t verify at all. Then called up and they have us do all these different things to verify. Just a major pain and they were not helpful at all. Tried to get in for a promotion and spent several hours and ended up missing the promotion due to their side.

I just wish you guys would let us wager
on football teasers like all the other online

The website is slow. The promotions that they place don’t even direct you to the proper screen, to place a bet for that given promotion. Their customer service is extremely poor, and needs improvement greatly. Highly recommend not using this sportsbook.

The updated version is so much better. Love all the features it offers.
