I just had a video chat for my doctor appointment, I use an iPad & could not get the screen to turn so my stand/cover could work. I have used zoom app numerous times & it allows this feature, it would make it better if your system would allow this option. Other than that it worked fine.

The video call was high quality without any flaws. Would have given 5 stars but the app will not run on my older iOS devices (with larger display). Generally speaking, app developers should consider that whenever possible. The older technology is not a limiting factor since FaceTime and other apps work very well. Thank you.

This should be something to continue on doing. This was much more convenient than visiting the office. I often find even when I schedule an appointment I end up waiting anywhere from 30-60 minutes before I see the Dr. THIS WAS SO MUCH FASTER! 20 minutes, questions answered, lab scheduled, DONE! I love it!
