This should be something to continue on doing. This was much more convenient than visiting the office. I often find even when I schedule an appointment I end up waiting anywhere from 30-60 minutes before I see the Dr. THIS WAS SO MUCH FASTER! 20 minutes, questions answered, lab scheduled, DONE! I love it!

To Dr. Meyer and her team. I want to thank you for helping me and my family navigate through then challenging times. With your care we are happy to move forward from being infected with Covid. God bless

The video call was high quality without any flaws. Would have given 5 stars but NoteworthConnect will not run on my older iOS devices (with larger display). Generally speaking, app developers should consider that whenever possible. The older technology is not a limiting factor since FaceTime and other apps work very well. Thank you.

I just had a video chat for my doctor appointment, I use an iPad & could not get the screen to turn so my stand/cover could work. I have used zoom app numerous times & it allows this feature, it would make it better if your system would allow this option. Other than that it worked fine.

I was able to log in with some assistance from Drs office staff, everything went well, at times our audio sound wasn’t clear but still I was able to understand the Dr Husain.

Hey that’s wasn’t so bad... but I would like to say it felt a little weird. I don’t use video chat often but it gets the job done I guess.
I hope life will get back to “normal” soon for everyone.

This was a very good experience doing a dr apt on line. The emails and texts to set it up were user friendly, the reminders were great and the video and audio during the call were high quality.

Our online visit was great. There were no glitches or lags in our video call. I highly recommend this service for visits. Thank you.

Out of most of the videoconferencing apps out there, it works, it’s fast, and it’s easy to navigate. So I don’t think there’s anything more it needs. It’s a good app

Really enjoy this. Can speak with my dr. When not being able to get into office. My dr. is very good listening to my concern and taking care of during this difficult time of the cove-19.

NoteworthConnect should have an opportunity for payment and a prompt to enter vital signs.
Other than that, the quality was great and of course my office and drs are always wonderful!!
