Lili will not allow me to connect to Google pay, cashapp, chime, Dave, or NetSpend. I have no Lili card. So wtf am I suppose to do. I need my damn money NOW

I made a $2,274.25 withdrawal transfer from cash app on September 1, 2021 and my lily card was expired. The cash app transfers says pending because my current lily card was expired.. I never received the funds in my lily banking account.. it’s suppose to be instant but as soon as it transferred to my lily account it tried to pushed the funds back to cash app.. now that the transfer is complete cash app no longer has the funds and my account is empty.. how can my funds go missing within an instant transfer.. I can’t be scammed!! I’ve called both side of the banks and cash app all they gave me was completed retrieval number and lily banking says the funds are still with the merchant on hold.. which after 6 months of debating I’m broke out of 2274.25… shouldn’t accounting on both ends or lily banking solved this missing funds already..!! Wtf I’m still pissed.. then on march 2,2022 I see that lily tries to deposit the missing funds into my account and then it reverses the funds and says there’s a merchant hold on it!! Someone help me!! Please don’t let these billion dollar companies scam little people like us into debt!!!
