GOMOSingapore is poorly designed which detracts from the good service from GOMO. This is the only way to interact with the service and it is quite disappointing that GOMOSingapore keeps failing especially accessing it from overseas…
I cannot use the databank to deposit my data. The button is always grey.
It cannot read my plan’s details and always insists my number is not valid. But a OTP can get me in.
It’s about time to have free or at least a cheaper roaming data plan-ish to malaysia.

GOMOSingapore is pretty good. I don’t use it for much other than to check usage and contact support. Support is responsive. Wish they would include bills in GOMOSingapore . Makes it easier to check payment history and do claims.
The Gomo app works. Simple to use but I wish there is a feature that allows users to see how much data was used in previous months.
