when logging in for the first time you are stuck on the "name your wallet" screen where you are completely unable to both finish or skip this process. without being able to log in and access the passes RTAGo is unusable and useless. the old Token Transit app was better by leagues.

Good at obtaining tickets, however for any other feature, utterly useless. I suggest transit for real time bus info versus RTAGo that doesn’t support trip data.

RTAGo is broken. I keep trying to login with my college email but every single time that I do i’m stuck at the ‘create wallet’ screen. I type literally anything I can think of but it doesn’t let me through, this is the only thing preventing me from riding the bus free with the supposed free student pass I have. absolutely ridiculous.

When I was at the bus stop this morning trying to get my student pass it said it has expired like when did that happen . I had used it last month why did it expire? And now it doesn’t give me a way to reactivate the wallet it’s so frustrating to use RTAGo with all the bugs it has

Whenever I buy a pass later on in the day I get another notification for something I’ve already a paid for

The RTA does not use RTAGo anymore. Our party purchased over $80 worth of RTA passes using RTAGo which we can’t use on the RTA. We all read that the Go Mobile RTA app was supported by the RTA which is not true. RTA hasn’t used RTAGo in over 2 years…but they still took our $. Lame

Like everyone else my experience is that it crashes all the time, logs you out & won’t let you permanently dismiss the biometric popup screen either, making it an embarrassing and time-wasting process, and the route planning stuff is useless

Then I got hit with a double charge and RTA still hasn’t resolved this two weeks later.

Token was MUCH better.

The terms used in RTAGo are confusing when it comes to ordering and using passes. The UI also does not read info from contacts or password savers so there is no option to autofill information like address or credit card info. Very poorly designed app.

Glitchy and unreliable. RTAGo crashes and/or logs me out when I try to access my student pass. Not very convenient when you’re trying to board the bus with as little trouble as possible.

What happen to Apple Pay? Google pay etc.. Very inconvenient.

cannot get past the name your wallet section, which makes it unusable. please fix it. im trying to just get where i need to go.

After I enter my account info to log in, I can’t get past naming the wallet, no matter what I try, no name works, I can’t even use RTAGo

Same as the reviewer before me. I can’t get past the wallet part. Please fix so college students can use their passes

RTAGo was logged in for the past month until today! It logged me off making me miss my bus!!! RTAGo shouldn’t have been made and RTA should have stayed with Token Transit!

This is absolutely one of the worst transit apps I’ve ever seen. It also one of the worst apps ever. Whomever approved RTAGo for distribution should be fired and never allowed to work on anything likes ever again.

Now you can’t even transfer to other buses without buying another ticket cause the ticket is only good for 10 minutes.

It won’t let you use another device. It just wants to know how are you going to pay. RTAGo is the worst ever. They should’ve stuck with the first one it was more convenient and accessible.

When I check the arrivals they been a stop number but when I input it the number they give me 2 options which is so confusing. I need them to say the direction at least

I don’t know if I have to wait a day but it won’t even let me log in but when I go to make a new account is says the email is already in use but ever time I try to log in it says “Unrecognized error”

It amazes me how such a large company can fail to make such a simple app work at least somewhat properly. I run into problem after problem when I am just trying to access my student pass.

So far every time I have tried to login on RTAGo it’s says “unrecognized error”. When I login onto the website, I’m able to login without any errors. I’ve been trying to use RTAGo and login since December. I have deleted it and redownloaded it, no successful login.

I registered through a link and everything, my pass does not show on my screen. This is super frustrating for someone who is trying to travel to school and even more for someone who is less familiar with the bus system.

This is ridiculous! I’m glad I only paid $1.75, but then I just lose that money. RTAGo isn’t helpful at all and just makes money for RTA. It was suppose to create a digital card for my phone wallet and that didn’t happen either. What a waste of time and money.

Cannot click the create Wallet button. When I sign in, it asked me to create name for the wallet. However, I tried to input so many name but I can’t even click the create wallet button. Therefore, I can’t log in to my account and my passes. Please fix the bugs.

A new semester started and suddenly RTAGo doesn’t work. I’ve paid for my student pass with my college but it won’t show up on RTAGo . When I try to open my wallet to purchase a separate pass, it says unable to retrieve products.

I was stuck on the wallet as well but I called and works now now you do is call them lol

Good app, but asked for my personal information and my phone password.
Started to experience typing problems when shared my phone information after prompted to type my information.

Now, I’m on my way tomorrow. They fixed it a month early. But I didn’t understand the email as it had no instructions. It’s hard for me to utilize information easy. Had to use the correct email that was listed in that email. Look the same but different.. both my gmail and school email are tied to the same card. I suppose. So I don’t know if I used my third gmail account. The other expired at the same time.

RTAGo is a lot better than the previous app, it shows accurate bus times. Works so much better than the last app.
