Ordered largest plan for europe trip and it was processed ad 7 day not 14 and only 2 G - hoping it gets resolved quickly or rating stands!
I have an issue were my eSIM got deleted I already paid for service they say to contact them which I did days ago and nothing , ware of money pick another company
It was working fine until I renewed it and if stopped working and I kept getting messages that said “ There should be a single plan currently in use for the embedded SIM and zone.” I hadn’t done anything different so not sure why this was happening. Definitely want my money back if this doesn’t work.
Bought two for a trip to Ireland. One eventually worked after initially not starting correctly. Second one never worked and I never received and reply from support attempting to troubleshoot the issue not when requesting a refund. Ended up going with another provider that worked flawlessly. I would not recommend this product given the lack of chat support and lack of weekend support.
When I renew with new plan it’s hard to start that new plan
The internet plans offered are affordable, which is a great advantage. However, GoMoWorld tends to be buggy at times.

I recently went on a trip through Europe and, after doing some research, decided to buy this app’s esim. For the entire trip, I had absolutely no problems and the 5G connectivity was extremely fast and stable. The process to install the sim is very easy, and I noticed that once I’d installed a this app esim I didn’t have to install a new one if I used another country’s plan. The best part is that GoMoWorld offers everything that even the most “premium” esims offer for extremely low prices. For comparison, Airalo, which I’d used once before, was offering a 10GB Europe plan for $37 while this app offers 12GB in Europe for only $12. I definitely recommend this to anyone traveling, and I myself will for sure be using this again.
So far been working great for my Europe trip and service is good app is easy to navigate. Really good value, my only recommendation to developers would be that for the 20gb data’s option plan to make it last for 15 days minimum instead of 14, 30 would be appreciated as-well.
