1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Clear EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet
