2 years agoI used Yoroi with Ledger nano s to claim 360.315222 ADA rewards today. My total not on my YOROI wallet went down by 360.315222 and the rewards section displaying 0 ADA. Where did my rewards claimed go. There is no transaction displayed of me claiming my rewards. please I need help.

2 years agoAll replies from Yoroi's ZENDESK (crap) provide non working links to my ticket. When I login to emurgo.zendesk.com it says I have no open tickets. TRYING TO RESOLVE OVERPAYMENT with no humans to rectify (ignored). Hello I transfered 13.033599 from my Ada Coinbase wallet and only received 10.560299 in my Yoroi wallet. Someone on youtube stated they had the same problem and you corrected it.

2 years agoI restored my shelley wallet once before on yoroi and it worked fine… had to do it again the other day and over $5000 worth of ada is just completely missing along with any transaction history from june and july…. I was staking in a stake pool too and when i signed back in i saw a zero balance and a notice about how i havent delegated yet! I only have ever received one seed phrase and the same zero balance shows up when i try adalite or anywhere else that you can restore- i’m panicking… I have sent messages to yoroi and i havent gotten any response… its incredibly frustrating. I love the cardano project but if i cant get my wallet & funds fully restored or even get any type of response from anyone, this will be pretty devastating. I dont know if anyone from emurgo/yoroi reads these but its worth a shot to try to get someone to help. At this time, i cannot recommend yoroi to anyone because as things stand right now, i’m have lost over 5k because of them. I’m not the only one either… really need help! Please Yoroi- respond!

3 years agoTrying to send ada from Coinbase. Keeps giving me the message: Use Cardano address starting with "addr1", "Ae2td" or "DDzFFz". Wallet address does not start with those prefixes.

3 years agoHello Dear My nephew in Iran got problem with entering Yoroi wallet phrases. All words are OK and he believes the sequence is OK too.His cell phone auto updated and cause this problem. PLEASE HELP HIM.thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🍻

3 years agoI have posted two times on the support page for help and get no response. The Yoroi wallet malfunctioned and sent 1500 of my Cardano into oblivion and I want it back. I was extremely careful about the address and I have transferred crypto before. I would really like to hear someone is working on it.

I am a big Cardano fan and it is soooo frustrating to have my Yoroi wallet crash or stop working randomly. It has happened many with the iOS app and browser extension. At present I am locked out of my Yoroi Wallet on iOS. When I open the app, I am taken to the log in page and see the message, “Authorize with Biometrics.” Immediately, I get a message stating, “Action Failed. Undefined. Credentials Not Found.” There are options to “Try Again” and “Use Other Login Method,” but those buttons are dead. Try to select them and nada. With the dev fund the Cardano Foundation has in place, Yoroi and Deadalus should be two of the best wallets available. Please make this a priority. The Cardano community needs them to be.

Missing ADA tokens from bogus address
I downloaded my Yoroi wallet and set up my account on 3/5/21. I pasted the receive address and then went to my ABRA account to transfer my ADA tokens (over 9100, nearly $10,000), However, the money went to a wallet created 6 months ago. I sent customer service a few emails but have not heard from them. I explained to them what I did. Why would Yoroi give me an Address for another wallet. I am waiting for an answer and a resolution to my missing funds.

Bluetooth cannot properly connect to Ledger X
The app cannot properly connect to the Ledger X via Bluetooth. The behavior is that the app asks to pair and to confirm the number on the device is the same as in the app. Only after the user clicks pair does the number show up on the device, which is a different number than previously presented. Pairing consequently never completes, Ledger X actually freezes in the process. Results in an impossible to set up scenario, cannot be used
