I apparently already have an account for my patient portal but I can not remember what email or sign in I used or the password. I tried to get a code sent to dlayaou@redacted but that is not working so it could be a different email address I used. MY MRN is 900292246 from my last hospital visit this past week.
I have tried numerous times to sign in and it won't work !!

I have tried multiple times to do a video visit with my iPhone. This app does not allow a video visit to occur, the whole point of a mobile app is to allow the user the flexibility to conduct an appointment without having access to a desktop computer. Poor interface, not user-friendly!

The app is supposed to ask for permission to use camera and microphone, but it didn’t. The settings for the app don’t allow you to turn them on, and the settings for camera/microphone don’t include this app as an option for access.
No way to change password

Is there really no way to change your password? As important as the information is that is viewable in the portal, why doesn't the app allow you to change the password?
