Horrible app

I have tried multiple times to do a video visit with my iPhone. ChristianaCarePatientPortal does not allow a video visit to occur, the whole point of a mobile app is to allow the user the flexibility to conduct an appointment without having access to a desktop computer. Poor interface, not user-friendly!

Couldn’t do video visit

ChristianaCarePatientPortal is supposed to ask for permission to use camera and microphone, but it didn’t. The settings for ChristianaCarePatientPortal don’t allow you to turn them on, and the settings for camera/microphone don’t include ChristianaCarePatientPortal as an option for access.

No way to change password

Is there really no way to change your password? As important as the information is that is viewable in the portal, why doesn't ChristianaCarePatientPortal allow you to change the password?

I go to click on the portal and it tells me I need to download the latest version but I don’t see anything in ChristianaCarePatientPortal . It worked before and now it doesn’t

How do you do a video visit with this app.
