Will not let me punch in or out. Says location not found even though location is turned on.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SmartLinx Go app issues:

Force Stop the SmartLinx Go App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SmartLinx Go app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SmartLinx Go to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SmartLinx Go App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SmartLinx Go app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SmartLinx Go.
