SmartLinxGo is functional, but buggy. Sometimes the “Punch In/Out” button just disappears. Sometimes SmartLinxGo won’t even work and it opens to a blank white screen. When it does work it works well and provides a good breakdown of pay.

Everything about SmartLinxGo has bugs. signing in, staying signed in, punching in and out, location data laggy, time never seems to be correct and sometimes the punch time does not match up with the clock (a minute later or before), many blank screen issues which is not fixed by stopping SmartLinxGo and reopening. some bugs workable, many bugs require deleting SmartLinxGo off the phone and redownloading. these all seem programming/server related. really poor performance overall

I use SmartLinxGo for work. To clock in/out and to also view my work schedule. This past week has been a lot of issues opening SmartLinxGo . When opening SmartLinxGo , it goes to a blank white page. I’ve tried turning my phone off/on, doesn’t work. I’ve tried to delete SmartLinxGo and redownload, still doesn’t work. At this point SmartLinxGo is not working at all on my iphone12 mini. Can you please look into this.

Haven’t been able to properly use SmartLinxGo for a week now at least. Keeps going to a white screen. Have deleted and reinstalled app, restarted my iPhone, everything and nothing is working. Now I can’t even login into it. I put my credentials in and the option to log in doesn’t even light up. Very frustrating and it needs fixed. I used SmartLinxGo all of the time for work.

On my iPhone I keep getting a pop up to review SmartLinxGo and it doesn’t let me review or exit out of the pop up. I’m force to uninstall and then reinstall SmartLinxGo every time after using SmartLinxGo just once because of the pop up.

Great app! Was a 5 until the annoying demand to write a review on SmartLinxGo Store froze me out from using it.

Hopefully this will kill that stupid blocking ad and let me use SmartLinxGo again.

Otherwise it‘s a -20 rating.

Keep having issues with SmartLinxGo . Keeps logging me out and not loading when I delete it from my Home Screen and then add it again. Even tried turning my phone off and then back on again that didn’t work either. I don’t understand what’s going on. When I open it all I’m seeing is a white screen?

SmartLinxGo was pretty good until it started freezing every time you opened it. It would also be nice to see your points.

Latest update is working great. Has a lot of features. My schedule and pay stub. Shift swaps / open shifts. And I can customize my dashboard for what i want.

When I open SmartLinxGo on my smartphone I get a pop up to review SmartLinxGo . When this happens I cannot click on anything, including the rating. I must delete SmartLinxGo and reinstall every time.

Every time I open SmartLinxGo it goes to a white screen. I rested my phone to see if that would do anything and it didn’t. The screen is white when I open SmartLinxGo . This needs to be fixed. I have to use SmartLinxGo for my work schedule and I can’t see my schedule if it just shows at white screen.

I loved using SmartLinxGo , it was so convenient until today I went to clock out and it’s just a white screen when I click on SmartLinxGo . I tried everything, redownloading it and shutting my phone off but nothings working.

SmartLinxGo is so useful because I like, need it to clock in and out and get paid. But it’s also so infuriating because it freezes everyday begging me to rate SmartLinxGo . So here we are..

I really love SmartLinxGo !!! but PLEASE FIX IT , it’s great when it’s working however, when I open SmartLinxGo I get a blank white screen sometimes . That really frustrates me,

I only have a white screen now. I have restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled SmartLinxGo without success. I use SmartLinxGo for work daily and haven’t been able to for the past week. This is making more work for the payroll office.

My place of work is smallish, SmartLinxGo is my only window to paid time off/my paystubs ect- after my I-phone 12 updated abt a week ago all it loads is a white screen. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading- still white screen

SmartLinxGo is so helpful in letting me know when I’m getting my money and where it’s going

I set up my account and then one day I got booted. It wanted me to sign in and when I go to sign in it tells me I’m unauthorized. My employer uses SmartLinxGo. I went to HR they haven’t heard of someone having this problem. Somebody please help me out that’s how I get my schedule and pay stubs

Needs to be updated to even access SmartLinxGo . Just gives me a white screen. I always have to log in on safari to even get access

The password won't stick with the account. I always have to reset it every time it logs me out randomly. The punches won't go through 12 AM or even change. SmartLinxGo mainly is kind of glitchy.

Love that I can see my schedule and request time off.

Great app! Must have for tracking your work hours, cumulative time off for vacation and sick days.

It is nice to see your check and schedule in one place

Downloaded the latest update and only opens to a menu asking to update to the latest version

I got the new version of SmartLinxGo but that one is telling me to update to the latest version. I did but it won’t allow me to use SmartLinxGo .

There was an update and now SmartLinxGo isn’t working at all. Very frustrating!

The “rate my app” pop up is positioned over the screen with no way to remove it, even if you rate SmartLinxGo .
No longer works

Very nice app & easy to use

It’s telling me to update but it’s not updating and I can’t access the old app either. I’ve been trying all day! Please fix this!

It works fine, but it wants you to rate it in order to keep using it

Downloaded SmartLinxGo . Now it wants updated version. Did and still not working

It’s the worse app. Doesn’t work properly, there is always a problem with it...
