The description of this app says “bookmark sync across devices,” but I am unable to find a bookmark option. Please tell me how to bookmark!

Horrible App Support/Help

So far my rating would be lower than a 1 if I could. The app plainly isn’t working for us. We get an error message nearly every time we click on a book to play, on the rare occasion that it lets us start listening to a book the book will stop playing a couple chapters in, they keep charging me the quarterly membership fee monthly, apparently reset another membership every time we delete and re-install the app as per one of the few FAQs that they have, they apparently have no customer service help as all you can do is leave a message on their Facebook or Twitter and once in a while they get back to you. The repeated overcharging is starting to border on theft since they won’t return messages, forcing me to go through my bank to dispute the charges. There is a great market for audiobooks, but this company isn’t ready to fill the niche.

Annoying

I canceled last month and I’m confused as to why this app is still trying to charge my card…. I don’t even see the option to cancel anymore.!!!App keeps closing out, plus the genre/categories selection only displays a handful a books. Update: the category list are terrible

Speeds

I am really enjoying my three months so far, but sadly will be cancelling after. I love the selections so far but they need an increase of speeds. I need at least 2x on some narrations as they are just too slow for me otherwise. I will be back as soon as the app offers 2x and more in speed.
