- Paid account was switched to a free account by the app access even though it was paid for.

- Can only play one “free album” and you have to pay a membership fee for the rest.

- Account refused to accept my password and now I am locked out of the account that I was given.

- Nobody to talk to you to unlock my account so I can reset my password.

Same as another comment - I bought the Rust subscription and it took a few days to update my app and I still cannot login from desktop to watch Harvest Time. Just my opinion but the interface leaves something to be desired. Should be a music app primarily with videos as an added feature, and not a filing cabinet. Love you Neil come back to Spotify!!

Had free account upgraded to Rust account and paid 42 dollars and it didn't change!!! I'm still on the free app and count access the Rust account!! Can't get in touch with anyone
