How to fix YoungTunes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YoungTunes app on iPhone
Update YoungTunes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YoungTunes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YoungTunes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YoungTunes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YoungTunes Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YoungTunes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YoungTunes App
1. On android, goto Settings » YoungTunes » click [Force Stop]

Update YoungTunes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YoungTunes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YoungTunes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YoungTunes.

Fix YoungTunes unable to contact server/ YoungTunes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YoungTunes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YoungTunes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YoungTunes
