Not an issue, but a heads-up: On the newly posted CSG Reversed mono version of the Neil Young lp, there is a weird drop-out near the end of String Quartet From Whiskey Boot Hill. It then goes into Here we Are In The Years in stereo.
I have same problem. Paid my subscription through Apple and it shows me as paid subscriber. After two days of joyful listening to Neil the app booted me out. Tried signing in and got a free account with no rights. Sent message to archives so far no response. Bummer.

HELP- I want my Neil Young! I have a paid account. It was switched to a free account by the app access even though it was paid for. I have contacted them over 5 times in a month and one response saying they can’t find the account. I sent copies of all receipts and no reply. Apple canceled it when I reported it to them and was instructed to buy it again if I wanted it. I did that. I am charged through Apple now and the app stated there is a problem with your account it is active. I look in my account and it says free account. I have no access. I love the music, music quality and all of its features but the app won’t allow me. I have no access to the features but have paid for it a few times. There is no contact besides email.

The app itself works well, but when I signed up for this we were supposed to have access, without downloading rights, to his library. But now, you can only play one “free album” and you have to pay a membership fee for the rest. When I first joined, we were given access to all of the music, but now we don’t have access to it.
Not only that but the account refused to except my password and now I am locked out of the account that I was given. And there is nobody to talk to you to unlock my account so I can reset my password.

I’ve had a bunch or correspondence with tech support because I’m being repeatedly kicked out to the login screen on both iPhone and iPad, and both the app, and now the website, will hang on the red spinning insert (the page does work on my PC).
Their response times are pretty slow, and now they tell me they lost all our correspondence and I basically have to start off from scratch.
